We had a wonderful stay at BK Pioneer! The place was very clean and felt just like home. Everything we needed was available from a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils to onsite laundry facilities.Housekeeping was done daily, which was a pleasant surprise. They changed our linens and made the beds while we were out, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was spacious, with a big bed for us and a separate room for the kids with two single beds. There were also two tv's which was great for relaxing in the evenings, with all the apps including netflix, youtube etc, the wifi internet speed was excellent, we really enjoyed our stay, reception staff was also nice.

Beautiful, spacious room, very good condition. We loved the kingsize bed and top quality linen. The breakfast was really delicious, with great service and huge variety of dishes to choose from. The dining room very spacious and plenty of tables to choose from. No-one made us feel rushed. We loved the 11am check-out. The gym was well equipped and easy to access 24hrs a day.

Stayed here for a weekend staycation, our room was in the pinnacle tower and was very clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful, attentive and kind. If staying here I would recommend staying in a pinnacle tower room as the normal tower looked to be busy at all times of the day.
