Great service and good price hotel

Pros: Amenities were excellent - really thinking about customer experience. Notice on elevator for tourists was thoughtful too.
Cons: The air conditioning keeps on turning on and off which was a bit noisy. Water pressure for shower was very weak.
Location: It is a bit far away from the main beach/shops but there is a free shuttle which is convenient.
Wow, first we were welcomed by champaign and chocolate for our honeymoon which was fabulous. The servicing staffs were all very nice and friendly. Room was great - big and comfortable. This wasn't an expensive place but everything was in control. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room review

I didn't get the room I booked. It had no balcony and shower was too small. I couldn't switch to another room because it was full. BUT housekeeping staff was really nice helpful, and very accommodating. They don't get recognized as they should! Thank you ladies;)

Good priced hotel that was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, amenities.
Cons: had some cans and empty drink containers that didn't get cleared when they cleaned my room.
Location: 10 minute walk to the Waikiki strip
Hotel was fairly priced. Overall clean and I saw no cockroaches which is a plus considering other reviews from other hotels have said. Staff was friendly and they had good list of amenities. Room was comfortable with TV, Wifi, Fridge, Microwave AC at a good temperature clean bathroom. Wednesday they had a cocktail hour and a $15 shuttle to the airport (cheaper than a LYFT or taxi). If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel that isn't dirty, I'd recommend this place. Decent location too.

I haven't stayed here in over a year and it seems to have really shown it's wear. First, they haven't upgraded in awhile. Even just lamps with outlets by the bed would make a difference. Seemed like the room had water damage and the toilet kept running. The chain lock was also broken and I don't think the deadbolt worked. I travel to Hawaii often for work and I think this was probably my last stay here.

Great location if you can walk some distance.

Stayed for a week and was very enjoyable. Hotel is somewhat dated and our safe stopped working and the patio door kept coming off the track. We left a day earlier than booked and still had to pay for the resort fee which was about $30 Canadian. Could understand they wouldn’t refund our last night as booked they Expedia which isn’t as good as booking thru a hotels website but prices cheaper on Expedia. But should have had to pay resort fee if not staying? Would return as the location great for us and we like to walk a lot

Excellent location

Pros: Location Comfortable beds
Cons: Gym Utensils in room (eg cutlery even if disposable plastic) & milk for coffee
Location: Great location within minutes to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Tour bookings can be made within the lobby.
Reasonable value for money accommodation in an excellent location. Clean rooms, air conditioning, comfortable beds. Short walk to beach, shops & restaurants nearby. Shuttle & buses to other shopping areas also convenient.

Great location and staff!

Pros: Nice room, great staff! Super location. Free DVDs.
Cons: The play-station for the DVDs wasn't easy to use, so we had to call the front desk, took 2 calls to have the maintenance man come over and he was rude
Location: Behind the Hilton Village on Waikiki, easy walking to beach and restaurants.
Super location, safe, parking available, friendly, accommodating staff. Plus a free Wednesday free hour of drinks and appetizers.

It was very close to the beach.

Pros: It was close to the amenities. There was beach towels available. The cleaning staff were awesome.close to all types of dining. Good part of town.
Cons: Not too much
Location: Close to everything I needed
I had a great stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was heart to have the shuttle bus available to get to other Aqua hotels in the Waikiki area. The hotel is outdated but It was clean and affordable.it

Basic accommodations, but excellent staff

Pros: The staff was very responsive and hospitable, very helpful front desk staff and concierge.
Cons: Hopefully they can work on improving the cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the bathroom.
Location: Across the street from the Hilton Hawaiian Village complex, very convenient to shops and the beach.
My main disappointment was with my room's condition. The room overall didn't appear to have been cleaned much if at all and the floor and furnishings were in fairly shabby condition. There was a large puddle of water on the floor near the standing fan and chipped paint strewn on the floor. The bathroom probably hadn't been cleaned much at all, the sink basin was quite dirty.
