they are fixed floor???so we was hard time to walking through...

the room was very outdated,looks really old the cabinets,dresser..The bathroom looks dirty there was a black that look like stock in the bowl that my daughter told me she thought it was dodo that never flushed.when we check in our rook key was not working we are in the 34th floor i had to go back to the lobby only to find out that she forgot to activate the card..All in all i dont like the place.

The size of room good but furniture dated. Air conditioning poor but good views.

The check in desk staff were wonderful. Polite and professional. The room we were placed in 3403 was probably the worst room I’ve been in in all my years of traveling, especially at a high end establishment such as an Aston. Everything was dated. And by that I mean from the 1960’s. And we had bugs. I was just grateful we were only staying with them for one night. We are staying in the same building for the rest of our Oahu stay with a timeshare group and that room, same floor plan and design, is absolutely beautiful. No complaints at all. Hopefully the Aston will get that room updated sooner rather than later.

We really like the proximity to the beach. The property has some older characteristics but was clean.

This property is located close to the beach and bus stop for transport to all attractions. It is the other end of Waikiki to many of the high end hotels and therefore a much quieter area. Food shops are within walking distance. There is a cafe on the lobby level that sells great food at reasonable prices, only wish it was open later in the day. Our room definitely did not look like the one in the ads, much older and very tired looking. Pull out sofa for double bed was very uncomfortable and took up all the lounge room not leaving very much room to walk around. Price was ok for what you got, although not cheap.
