fab hotel in a great location

Location: shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk Waikiki trolley based in the Galleria 5 minutes walk, has 5 different routes which is a great way to see Waikiki
This is a lovely hotel, located close to a great shopping/ restaurant area. I was lucky enough to have a upgrade to a room with a mountain view which was stunning so had a great view of the sunrises in the morning. Staff were really helpful and always on hand.

Lovely staff - clean & comfortable ammenities

Posted Feb 19, 2018
Great central location; staff super friendly and helpful; room was small but clean. Suites our needs perfectly. Only drawback was breakfast finished at 8.30am... when you are an international traveler on holidays - that was kinda crappy... especially when breakfast was included in the room fee. In 8 days, we were either gone too early or slept too late. I feel breakfast hours should be until 10am

Great location bleak rooms

Posted Feb 13, 2018
The room was stuffy and over-deodorized. Coffee which is usually complimentary within room cost over $2 for prepackaged stuff. Moved in any case to different hotel next day. Young man at desk was just fine.

Nice hotel for good price.

Posted Jan 25, 2018
Pros: Positive was the cleanliness and the staff. Very helpful.
Cons: New sound barrier windows, especially on the Lewers Street side.
We did a quick stopover in Honolulu to do a day of sightseeing and this hotel was at a decent price. Hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was not good, we ended up going somewhere else for our second morning. About the only good thing was the water. Our room was very clean, and spacious. The only drawback was the noise factor from the street. I had read about this and completely forgot to ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. Our first night was siren after siren. The hotel could definitely use some updated windows.

Please keep it a secret

A little reluctant to share this hotel with everyone one else. One of the best deals in Waikiki, kitchenette, balcony, great view of the Ala Wai side, short walk to Kalakaua where major shopping is. Lots of great places to eat. Super friendly staff...please keep this deal to yourselves, LOL.

Nice Bright Hotel

Posted Jan 8, 2018
Pros: The complimentary popcorn, location, cleanliness
Location: Beautiful location, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. On the way to the beach, you will pass a nice little shopping strip, Waikiki Beach Walk.
Beautiful location, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. On the way to the beach, you will pass a nice little shopping strip, Waikiki Beach Walk. The hotel itself is clean, bright and spacious, albeit a bit on the tired side. The complimentary popcorn was a beautiful touch, and I love the infused water choices they have alongside the complimentary coffee and tea. Breakfast was a good variety of continental fare (scrambled eggs, waffle, yogurt, granola and other cereals…) The room was spacious with a balcony, although the bathroom was a bit small but functional. I love that the 4 complimentary Keurig k-cups (tea and coffee choices).

Aloha! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're delighted you enjoyed your stay and it sounds like you were a big fan of our location just away from the craziness of the main Waikiki strip. When you're booking your next Hawaiian holiday, we hope you'll choose to stay with us again. Mahalo

Room was clean and bright. Breakfast was yummy with eggs and a waffle bar (coconut syrup, chocolate chips, etc. ). Room included coffee and complimentary water bottles. There is popcorn and drinks for an afternoon snack. Great place!
