Noise,Noise,Noise.

Had terrible room 1056. Balcony doors had no seasl. Crappy music wineing away from 6.30am till late from pool area. Reversing vehicle beepers from Hyatt deliveries. Continuos roar and vibrations from air conditioner unit fans beating out of sync. Reception said all the rooms are noisy..... Stay somewhere else. Worst of our 4 visits. Back to the Outrigger next year.

Great Experience

Great hotel had a great experience. It is close to everything and is within walking distance of many restaurants. They are directly opposite the entrance to the beach and will give you beach chairs to take to the beach. A great perk was that as part of the resort fees, you had access to sign out a pocket wifi for the entire duration of your stay. This was great as we did not have to rely on free wifi when out of the hotel, especially when we rented a car!

Acceptable hotel-clean-good location

For an overnight stay, this hotel was fine. It was a bit warn, though. Could use some new furniture in the room, and more outlets. Ordered something from customer service that never came.

Excellent Location

Pros: Location
Location is excellent! On the main road in Waikiki and across the street from the beach. Room was very small, and seemed to be very little surface space to put anything down. Only one very uncomfortable chair in the room, and the balcony only had two chairs on it, could have done with a little table out there also. The room and hotel in general, feels a bit dated. Although some modernisation does seem to have taken place, they have missed key features that detract from the work that has been done. i.e, the bathrooms in the room are modern, but the light switches, door locks and AC units are old. The elevators were very jerky, giving an unsettling feeling every time you used them, and quite often one of the 2 (in the Kaiulani wing) was not working. I thought the resort fee was very high, I only used the internet and pool towels. But I suppose this was personal choice. It is certainly worth taking into account though, as the great deal that you may get on the room, is offset at check out when paying the resort fee. Overall I was satisfied with the hotel, and would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Waikiki.

Very friendly and helpful staff!

From the time we got off our shuttle everyone has been super friendly and helpful! The hotel is one block from the beach but we have a view of the water from our room. It's a great location to walk too many of the shops and beach.

We have stayed many times at the PK and whilst this time checking in was a mix up the hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff are always terrific. Will be back again next year.

Outdated rooms and poor management

The guest services manager went out of his way to make me feel UNWELCOME. It was honestly the worst guest services interaction I've had anywhere in the world and with any type of service industry professional. This coupled with the old worn down nature of the hotel I'd find alternative accommodations.

Nice Hotel, open bar and pool area on ground floor

Free beach towels and beach chairs. Complimentary water and fruit on the beach for being a Sheraton guest. Cocktails are made on mixers (very disappointing). Food is good as well as the buffet breakfast. Rooms are dated 1970's decor and some bathrooms need repairs. Overall would stay here again due to location and pool.
