Location: Beach, beach, beach
We have stayed many times at the PK and whilst this time checking in was a mix up the hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff are always terrific. Will be back again next year.

Great trip with a very good friend. The hotel location was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Outdated rooms and poor management

The guest services manager went out of his way to make me feel UNWELCOME. It was honestly the worst guest services interaction I've had anywhere in the world and with any type of service industry professional. This coupled with the old worn down nature of the hotel I'd find alternative accommodations.

Nice Hotel, open bar and pool area on ground floor

Free beach towels and beach chairs. Complimentary water and fruit on the beach for being a Sheraton guest. Cocktails are made on mixers (very disappointing). Food is good as well as the buffet breakfast. Rooms are dated 1970's decor and some bathrooms need repairs. Overall would stay here again due to location and pool.

Old style Hawaii

Location: Close to everything
The foyer and pool area is old style Hawaii and quite inviting, but the rooms are very tired and the plumbing in ours kept backing up through the bath drain. They need to renovate the rooms urgently.

Nice hotel close to the action and beach

Great location but needs updating. Could hear the aircon all night while sleeping as it was right next to my head and very loud. Overall great hotel and would stay great again.

Disappointing

Pros: Liked the old style pool area and bar
Cons: Rooms need updating
Location: Location is close to everything but with that you get noise from 4am in the morning because of all the bus and truck activity
The Hotel rooms are very dated and we had the unfortunate situation on two occasions to have the water coming up through our drain in the shower/bath. On one occasion there were food scraps in the water. There is an obvious drainage problem in the sewer. The staff apologized but that was it. Also on one day the room attendant did not come to service the room until 4pm in the afternoon. The hotel needs a total refit or a rebuild.

Good value- close to beach

Pros: Convenience and opulence at a reasonable price
Cons: A la carte breakfast availability rather than just buffet at $26US Pool open till 9PM
Location: Clooe to shops and Waikiki beach. Also close to Alamo car hire
Close to beach.Good facilities/options for dining. Good views from rooms on west side. Gym very good with lots of equipment Pool great but closes early at 7PM.
