Hotel Stay is a gem!!! Reasonably priced great location. The staff was amazing! They really treat you well very caring and helpful. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Noisy!

Pros: Clean.
Location: Close to beach, restaurants only minutes away.
Due to a planning error needed last minute stay. Great location but noisiest area with trucks accessing area at night. Older building clean and tidy but small rooms and not soundproofed. Staff were efficient & helpful. Loud air conditioning in room, we turned it off to sleep, perhaps need to keep on to drown out outside noise.

Pros: Location and cleaning
Location: At the heart of Waikiki Beach area, great for the price.
The checkin is at 4pm, we arrived earlier due to flights time is not something we can control. Left the bags with the management, but if I did not remind, she was about to forget giving us tags for the bags. Asked a couple questions, she either ignored me or did not understand me, could not get my answers. So, the check in was awkward altogether But the rest of the staff was very nice. The rooms did not have any safe or somewhere you can lock up your valuables, which made us uncomfortable a bit, but they cleaned it everyday and it was smelling nice clean detergent, so 5 stars to location and cleanliness

Terrible

The pictures featured on their website do not accurately represent the poor condition of this hotel. The phone in the room was not working, wifi was not working, the television was not working. I was supposed to stay for 5 days stayed 1 night and promptly checked out the following day to stay at another hotel. I will never stay here again.

Best of the beach

The staff is very friendly, this Hotel is very near of Waikiki beach by walk ( les than 2 min) but the wifi was poor when we are there. My rating: 3,5

This economical little hotel is perfectly located 1 block off the beach in the shadow of the Hyatt-Regency. Gratious and friendly front desk. The Wang Chung is their entertaining powerhouse lounge with top level performances - karaoke at its best.

Wasn't very happy paid for twin room didn't get it. No wifi in room. The only good thing they waived the resort fee because of these issues.
