You booked a twin bed room, and you were assigned this type of room as such. Our property has larger lay out rooms from floors 2 - 4, but they do not have balconies. Our rooms on floors 5 - 8 DO have balconies, however, they are more modestly-sized. Based on availability, we are always happy to room switch and/or upgrade you, which is typically the protocol, however, this weekend we had very high occupancy, so it may not have been an option. In any case, thank you again for bringing your experience to my attention.
