Very close to beach, great location!

Posted Jul 23, 2017
Pros: Location was great. Staff was nice and very helpful!
Cons: Bathrooms were old looking but it wasn't bad.
Location: Plenty of shopping and local spots. Beach was right across the street! There was a magic show, luau, dinner and fun things really close by.
It was absolutely fabulous. It was our first time visiting Hawaii and the hotel had plenty of suggestions and ideas for us to get around without a car. They were very helpful and sincere.

Very nice hotel, close to the beach.

Posted Jul 23, 2017
Pros: The staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Be aware that there is considerable construction noise from the adjacent building at the moment.
Location: One street back from Waikiki Beach. Great dining very close by.
The staff certainly make this a great place to stay. Unfortunately at the moment there is significant renovation taking place next door, and this creates a lot of noise during the day. The facilities are good, and the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is older, but has been well maintained. The Korean restaurant was also very nice with authentic Korean cuisine.

Location is good, facility is not

Posted Jul 20, 2017
The location is a block from the Wikiki beach so is close to everything , however, the room is small, and the bathroom is super old like from the 80s, you can visible see stains and moldy edges of he bathtub. The walls are so thin that every time someone close their door it's a big slam. You can hear everything when people talk along the hallway and people are rowdy one of the night at 3:30 am and woke everyone up.

Construction going on next door. Constant beeping

Posted Jul 16, 2017
Rooms nice, but small for us. We are used to suites. Great staff; friendly...son left skateboard in lobby and was found safe and sound the next day!!! Would recommend waiting to stay there until after construction completed next door. Obstructed view due to crane on another building in front of hotel facing ocean. However, great location close to shopping in Waikiki!

A "Resort" which doesn't change linen in 4 days!

Posted Jul 16, 2017
Pros: Location!
Cons: Everything!
Location: Beach, Food, Drink, Shopping.
It's a great location and the price is not bad if you shop wisely. That's about it. Unless you get a suite or high end room and a very high floor, you are stuck with a mediocre room with thrifty style. Very basic double beds with one bedside table. The only phone is nowhere near the bed but across the room. Airplane style toilet, door hits it when you open. 30" x 30" shower stall. Really compact refrigerator, under the small sink with a small mirror on top and that is the only one. Scary part is, unless you remember to put the sign on the bed every day, they won't change linens for 4 days! That shifts the responsibility from the Housekeeping on to you. I wouldn't call it a "Resort" but a Budget hotel with pool and spa.

2 minutes from Waikiki beach

Posted Jul 13, 2017
The staff was friendly. They let me check in early although they had to rush their cleaning staff. Pilots snd their crews stay in this hotel. The hotel is as advertised. Good price but because I got a discount. The best location! 2' walk to the Waikiki beach and major shoppings. Extra $15 fee and $25 parking per day but every hotel charges it too, so I can't complain.
