The room was over priced and not what I had expected. Trying to find the place to check in was difficult. When we did find it, we had to drop someone off to check in while we circled the block.

Does it get better than this?

Posted Feb 13, 2017 on Wotif
Pros: Location, space and kitchen facilities. Home away from home. Convenient spot.
Cons: Extra beds could use mattress-toppers to make them a little more comfortable. Maybe replace trolley bed. Trays for oven.
Location: You can't get a better location! Right on the beach. Convenient to everything without being in the overly busy end of Waikiki.
We chose this condo to have the space, magical location and facilities available for a family of six. We weren't disappointed. Right on the beach with fantastic views of both the beach and Waikiki metropolis (we had an end apartment), we pinched ourselves about how good a spot we were in. It's not everyday, at least for us, that you get to stay in a condo worth a couple mill. There was some street noise with windows / doors facing that way open, but that's to be expected in a bustling place like this. Close them and it's quiet again. It was peaceful on the balcony side and it was huge area which was great for everybody to take in the sunsets and Hilton fireworks. A very private spot in the sense that the side you face out is toward Fort Derussy and parklands. The room itself was furnished nicely, although not hugely modern it was quite comfortable and large kitchen appliances were stainless, family sized and very good. The condo itself could do with a refurbishment, but for a stay which is more about taking in your surroundings it was more than adequate. Next door easy access to Outrigger Reef facilities was great, particularly when we could retreat to the tranquility of our condo once we'd had our fill of resort benefits. Standard beds are very comfortable, but with our extended family having to use the sofa-bed and a rollout single bed (which was a pleasant surprise), those weren't the greatest. Overall we were extremely pleased with everything and would happily return!

Love the location the property needs work.

Posted Nov 30, 2016
Pros: Location, Location, and Location!
Cons: Three different hotel entity's at work on the property makes finding answers to simple questions like parking questions next impossible. Frustrating!
I love the property. I have a history with the shores dating back to the mid 70's. Our room a studio with an Ok view was in great need of remodel. The blinds didn't work well, the air conditioner made so much noise you couldn't be near it when it was turned on. The head board of the twin bed pushed together to make a queen, kept banging on the glass mirror. The shower was old and funky. The Washer dryer, which worked upon arrival, was scheduled for a full day replacement during our stay without more than a few hours notice. Thanksgiving week would not be a time I would choose to make such a routine repair.

Nice hotel with a great ocean view.

Posted Jun 21, 2016
Pros: Ocean view
Location: The location of the hotel is located right on Waikiki beach, Diamond head state park is near by. You can paddle board, surf, kayak and more.
this hotel is a very nice place to stay, we had 6 people and all of us fit in the room without any problems. The Ocean view is beautiful, especially at Sunset. The staff is friendly and nice.

Very big and comfortable. Great location close to everything and right on the beach! With amazing mountain and ocean views. I would definitely book the same hotel again.

Best Location in Waikiki

Posted Jun 8, 2016 on Hotels
This hotel is located in the heart of the Waikiki beach area. Hotel sits right on the beach and is convenient to great Honolulu restaurants and clubs, as well as great shopping.

Great location in Waikiki, overlooks beach and the park. Easy walking to shops restaurants etc. Individually owned apartments so décor and maintenance standard varies between rooms but all are clean and comfortable. Great family alternative to a hotel room.

Horrible service, horrible value.

Do not by any means book here. It was a huge mistake due to lack of hidden fees (the site said free parking we were charged 30 dollars a day) free breakfast was advertised, yet not provided. The queen sized bed was two small beds (both uncomfortable) pushed together.

Worst hotel stay ever

Posted Feb 22, 2016 on Hotels
Worst hotel experience ever. This is NOT a hotel. It is a condo with a few units that are rented out. They have to call someone from the hotel next door to come check you in. 20 minutes later a bellman shows up to take me to my room. We walk in and he hands me a 2 ring set with several keys an fobs on it. Then says there's a $175 deposit on the keys and if I lose them it will cost $175to replace them. Next he says he needs my credit card. I said for incidentals because it was prepaid through Hotels.com. He said no its for the $220 CLEANING FEE for my stay. With no choice I give him my card. having just travelled from the east coast to Hawaii, I wanted to take a nap. The king bed turned out to be 2 terrible wire frame mattresses coved with a sheet. I went to close the blinds and they don't work at all. So a wall of windows with no blinds to shut and a wire frame bed. Terrible nights sleep of tossing and turning with the mattress. I woke up as I was falling through the 2 mattresses as they aren't even connected! I left in the morning for a day of meeting and get back to my room to see the bed exactly as I left it, a part and the sheets in a pile. I called the desk and was told they its a condo and they do not make beds nor do they change the sheets...even with the $220 cleaning fee! NO service, disinterested staff, terrible beds, outrageous fees. This condo shouldn't even be offered for rent!
