Great area and views

Beautiful island and this hotel is a great choice to stay. Beautiful hotel and views. Relaxing, yet many choices to do things. Thoroughly enjoyed the live music by the pool at happy hour.

Hard start

We checked in and went to our room it was still messy and dirty from the people that were in it before us. Called the front desk they sent some one to clean it. They changed the beding and the towels. Left the used soap in the shower and used cups on bathroom sink. We went to the pool and ordered food. The burgers were totally raw. Other than that it was ok. Location of room was good and staff was very nice. Chelsea Nakamura by The pool was great. Super helpful and awesome.

Beautiful Hotel with ideal location

We loved the location of the hotel. The proximity to the Shops at Wailea made the stay all that much better by providing additional food choices. The fact the sand beaches were off property, but a couple minutes walking distance, actually is preferable for us. All sunsets we're unobscured by umbrellas and we just had clear views of the ocean, rocky outcrops and mountains. The staff was amazing and always willing to help. We were worried about being nickeled and dimed at a non-all-inclusive resort, but everything that should be included was. The only negative we had was the entrees at Humble Market Kitchen were a bit overcooked, but apps were amazing.wr may very well never even attempt another resort on Maui ither than this one.

Real feel Hawaii hotel.

This is a great resort. It offers the real Hawaii feel with the convenience of a hotel. The in house restaurants and food offerings are a little pricey but it's close to some very nice and reasonably priced places to eat. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Towards the end of the trip I started to notice a few cockroaches. I realize it's a hotel but I didn't expect to see any on an island let alone a pricey hotel. Overall, would visit again!

It was the best most comfortable stay I could have imagined! Everyone was so kind and made us feel very welcomed. The accommodations were 5 star and I felt like royalty the whole time.

First & Last Time

As a Elite Gold Member, expected better service but full of disappointments... My room was near the valet & lobby... lots of noise constantly... Requested for a room change almost everyday but not much action... This was my first time at this hotel and will be my last... unfortunately...

Very nice hotel.

Pros: Everything except the extra fees
Cons: More food places
Location: Not much to do or eat
This is a very nice hotel and a very friendly environment. Not many places to visit around or to eat. Plus they charge you extra fees before checking out that I was not aware of. Sucked because it already cost an arm and a leg than when you leave they charge you a couple hundred more. I'v been in multiple Marriott resorts and have never been charged a "resort fee". Stay in Kaanapali or Lahaina. Just as nice with more stuff to do and a little bit cheaper.
