Nice place to stay for an overnight, however little extras that have become commonplace. (No free breakfast, brewed coffee in the lobby, newspaper or treats)

My room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is centrally located to shops, businesses and other facilities. It is a great value for what you get at other hotel chains.

Bathroom needs help

The bathroom shower had wallpaper peeling off the . wall and mold on the ceiling and sides of shower

Never again stay at a Marriott property.....

We were planning to stay at Marriott Courtyard for 5 days while in Maryland for a memorial service for my mother. My room HVAC was black and dirty, I didn't know if it was dirt of mold. The cleaning staff cleaned what they could but, it was still a mess. Next day breakfast, I chose a box of cereal and started to eat it and it tasted funny. I looked at the box and found the cereal already expired. My brother received an egg sandwich which was burnt. The pool, which was one of the primary reasons we booked the Marriott, was closed for the week. And, to add insult to injury, my sisters' room door would not open and they called repair person to fix, at 11:30pm. They put my sister in another room so she could rest while the door was repaired. The room that Marriott provided had a backed up toilet and smelly bathroom, as a result. When my sister commented on the toilet the Marriott personnel said that they knew the toilet was backed up and they can't sell this room. But, they could put a guest who was already distressed by her room door being broken. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Such poor service. Next morning we checked out to go to another hotel for the remainder of our stay. Front desk personnel asked about our stay, I share all the details above and also shared that I will never choose to stay at a Marriott again; reply by Marriott personnel is that I can't judge all Marriott properties by this one experience. Disputing my feelings and the experience at this hotel. Never again!

Family gathering

The room was nice and spacious with refrigerator and microwave. We requested a non-slip mat for the bathroom and never received it. The elevator floor was not clean and the exercise had all broken equipment, elliptical, and two treadmills. The folks were friendly and accomodating
