Nice for a short stay. Nice they had a couple of chairs out front under the shade.

The hotel corridors were dirty and the lobby was dingy. There were problems checking out.

This hotel was low rated, but they have upgraded all the furniture, fixtures and bathroom. New carpet and flooring. Looks great. The king size bed mattress still needs to be replaced, but all in all.. 4 to 4.5 rating from me.

Recliner

The picture of the room on website had a recliner in a single king. I have a bad back and it helps me rest. That is why I chose this hotel. 1st night, late check-in, no recliner. Spoke to manager Saturday morning and we had a recliner in our room by noon. Great job, thank you very much.

Dissapointed

This place is a dump! The pics are very deceiving! The room was dirty, with paint peeling off of lower bathroom door and walls, the hardwood floors were very slippery, and I'm sure not from polish?! And to top it off, there was food and drinks left in fridge, which can only tell me the rooms are not cleaned well at all!!! DEFINATELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT.

Not a nice stay.

They have signs up stating that the hotel is being refurbished; however, my room had several damages walls, a damaged toilet, a broken light switch cover, and was just not nice. The staff was friendly but the lobby was always full of MANY people. Often the conversation was R rated. The business center was two computers next to the check in desk and worked well. The breakfast was closed early on my days ther. The vending area was completely a mess (Torn carpet, walls a mess, etc) Usually La Quinta is a good choice - not this time. Price ($109 /night) was definitely high for what I received.
