2-bedroom suite was comfortable... Coffee pot needed a little cleaning... Overall a pleasant stay

DIDN'T HONOR MY RESERVATION DON'T STAY HERE

Pros: DON'T STAY HERE. Marriott ruined my 97 YEAR OLD MOTHER'S LAST CHRISTMAS.Bait & Switch. You reserve 1 thing but get something else & they say too bad
Cons: Make the hotels honor the reservation OR DROP THEM FROM YOUR BOOKING SYSTEM. What's the point of booking thru Expedia if you dont get what you booked.
Location: Hard to get too. Staff have an attitude. Don't honor the reservation. In very congested area. You may not get what you booked. DONT STAY HERE
I reserved a suite with a fireplace for CHRISTMAS EVE. When I tried to check in they said it hadn't been cleaned yet. Came back 2 hours later, they said the guest was refusing to leave. Told me they were "trying to find me a room". Put me in a regular room, said it was "upgraded" but they wouldn't charge me for the extra expense. AND I had to wait while they cleaned it! Didn't have a fireplace so I don't know how it was an upgrade. Staff were like Too Bad. Traveling with my 97 year old mother who is wheelchair bound. Probably her last Christmas. Was bringing her to see her 96 year old sister that had a stroke, who was also in the car with us. They needed to nap. My mom was excited to be staying in a suite with a fireplace. While I'm trying to manage disabled 96 & 97 year old's who are handicapped, I fell and tore all the cartilage in my knee. Had to call family to come get the old people and I spent Christmas Eve in the emergency room. Expedia tried to advocate on my behalf but say there is nothing they can do. BEWARE of booking at Marriott through Expedia. You may not get what you're paying for.

I'm sorry that your experience was not all that you anticipated. Please note that we upgrade you into a two bedroom suite that offered handicap associability. We were hoping that this would help you with your guests that were with you that were both wheelchair bound. I'm sorry that you didn't find that we were not helpful during your stay.

Excellent room, nice amenities, tricky driving near the hotel, and desk attendant charged me again for a prepaid/booked room.

Nice hotel & Even Better Staff

The hotel was very nice and clean, the rooms were up-to-date with the latest appliances, and the lobby facilities were immaculate. Not all of the rooms have an oven type of stove, however, they have stove tops in other rooms. They have a suite with a one bedroom and fireplace which is the one I rented. This room was very convenient and addressed everything I needed. There were a number of parties happening in the hotel and the dining room staff was very responsive to our breakfast request. They were dealing with a multitude of girls possibly 20 to 30 and they still kept a smile and replenished everything quickly. This was a great experience.

The staff was not accommodating. Requested to deliver water to the suite room and they said they don’t do that.
