"Hands-down the best hotel in NY for the price"
I love this place. It's the 2nd time we've stayed there and it's just great. Location is fab, just on waterfront, great for walking and running, lots of restaurants in the area. Super dog-friendly, lovely staff, big clean and modern rooms that a tastefully furnished, and excellent breakfast. No complaints and again big thumbs up to the valet and luggage guys at the door who are always so nice, the bellhop, concierge and front desk and a special thank you to the lady at bar who gave me a free coffee (Sunday around 3.30 pm) when I desperately needed one.

Great hotel in the financial district. Close to the subway, walking distance to many attractions, and tons of restaurants nearby to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again next time we are in NYC.

"Cross the road from 9/11 site, all amazing "
The hotel was great, staff so friendly. There is a pool but we forgot to use it. It is a long walk to mid town, we did it few times but as our time was getting on we took the subway more which is great value. The good thing about the the walk up to mid town was seeing more of New York that you wouldn't otherwise see.

Great hotel, 10 minute walk to fulton street/centre subway. Comfy, clean room with great shower. Forgot toothpaste and a razor which were provided free of charge. Good variety at breakfast.

Room was a but small, but basic amenities were there. This is the place you go to sleep and shower, then go enjoy the city. The hotel location was easily accessible by public transit since it is so close to wall st. Be warned the area is fairly dead after the work day, so don't expect to go outside of your hotel at night and look for things that are still open.

Pocket Guide: Commons Historic District Wall Street - Financial District Hilton Worldwide Hotels

Wall Street comes to life before dawn as traders rush to Lower Manhattan to make and break deals. But finance is just one aspect of Lower Manhattan, where colonial churches stand next to skyscrapers. Within the district, rebuilding continues at Ground Zero. At Battery Park, ferries depart for Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, America’s beacon of freedom.
