Should have slept in our car

Pros: Checkout time (we couldn't leave fast enough!)
Cons: All I ask is that management would simply just clean the rooms between visitors. Even taking 5 minutes to sweep and mop would help!
Very very dirty bathroom (hair on floor and in sink, floor needed to be swept, toilet was not clean), bugs in the bathtub - and the bathtub backed up black discharge when turned on shower. Floor turned socks black within an hour. TV was small and old, blankets were thin, bed was uncomfortable, towels had holes in them... I don't mind an old motel that's not been renovated in decades as long as it's clean and well kept. This was not - it was the most disgusting place I've ever slept. Unfortunately we were booked for 2 nights and had nowhere else to sleep night #2 so we decided to stay. When we returned that night, our room had not been cleaned - when I mentioned this to the check-in clerk, it was all we could do to even obtain clean towels! Yes, we chose a low-budget motel - we usually do - but have NEVER experienced such a filthy room before. I will NEVER EVER stay here again.

Cons: add a hair dryer on the wall
The only thing the room needs is a hair dryer. I would stay again and recommend it.

Excellent Value for the location

Pros: Everyone was pleasant and smiling, the room was clean.
Cons: There were no tissues and the TV contained close captions I couldn't get rid of, no one could...
Location: This is in walking distance to the heart of Walla Walla. Lots to do, many new shops have opened since my last visit.
This hotel (I think) has been given a face lift, it's clean and nice and very close to hotels that are $100's more. Only issues, no coffee maker, but luckily a small fridge and microwave so crisis averted! Little details: no toilet paper roll holder and no tissues in the tissue holder, easily fixed if I'd have asked, but I'm not picky. I'd stay there again.

Inexpensive hotel. I got what paid for.

I booked for one night. The night of check in, the receptionist was super nice but ended up prompting me to pay for my stay although I had already booked and payed with Expedia. In turn I was double charged. The next morning during checkout, a different receptionist (sounded like owner/manager) tried to blame the double charge on me and quickly scurried to explain that he had issued a refund. He was talking fast as if trying to eliminate the chances of me asking any questions. I would’ve naturally asked for him to refund the Expedia charge because the double charge was actually a cheaper rate hence saving me about $14. I’m not interested in confrontations especially with someone who was clearly out to cast blame on me as if to get me out of the office as soon as possible so I left. Regardless of who’s fault it is, why would you blame a customer for what a hotel employee performed? I have nothing against the first receptionist who double charged me because it was clearly a mistake and non-fraudulent but the receptionist in the morning was definitely covering up and saving face at the expense of me now writing this review. Oops. Oh, and the refrigerator kept my cousin up all night because of the way it rattled. I would’ve just unplugged it but I needed it for perishable food. Anyway, not a bad hotel for the money but receptionist Scrooge needs a vacation with Tony Robbins. Sincerely, Mike PS If you want this review taken down, call me.

I paid for 3 separate rooms. My room was so filthy

Pros: The pool
Cons: Cleanliness, change the furniture and the bedding.
I paid for 3 rooms, mine was so filthy, my brothers room had wrotten, mouldy food in the fridge and my second brother and his wife's room had stained blankets and the room smelt like mould and urine.

Good value near wineries and Wine Valley golf

Visited for golf tournament at Wine Valley during the eclipse. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and more than adequate for our needs. Will return for wine tasting.

not worth the money

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything, have3 info in rooms for tv phone and such, maybe stock room with sampoos and stuff add coffee maker
Location: only thing good for this place was close to down town
very outdated,, very few amenites in rooml,deadbolt didnt work,no instructions on anything, room stayed very warm and uncomfortable.3 plugin outlets one falling out of wall, next one in bathroom, Bed wore out,refrigerator very loud. i onluy stayed 8 hrs then left, very shady unsecure place.
