Wine tasting in Walla Wall

Close to family occasion

During entire stay, all outside doors broken, would not accept room key, ice machine broken, free breakfast had hardly any items/out of several items.

We are sorry that so many things were out of order during your visit. The part for the ice machine just arrived today; the cinnamon rolls are gone because of a labor dispute at the cinnamon roll factory, and our maintenance person was not on site to fix the doors until today. We hope to do better next time.

A Reasonable Value for the Price

This was my second stay at this location. My first experience was good, but my second was less than what I expected. My room was non-smoking, but it reaked of smoke. I could even smell it from the hallway before I opened up the door to the room.

We are sorry to hear your room smelled like smoke. We do enforce the no-smoking rule and charge $200 to guests whom have smoked. Anytime you feel your room is unsatisfactory please notify the front desk immediately so we can move you or rectify the situation.

room fine and breakfast fine ............ great for an overnight stay .. breakfast was all you need with yogurt and boiled eggs

Didn't like the fact that we had to walk a very long way to a basement elevator. I understand we were staying in a hotel on Memorial weekend, but it would have help have a bagage dollie or assistance with our luggage. When we arrived, I went to the front desk to sign in and children came from out of the woodwork, eatting and requesting for several items. When I started down to the basement stairs with our luggage, there the children once again and I needed to request that they move so I could get past them??? Where were the parents???

Thank you for your review. Indeed, those parents should have been supervising those kids! I finally told them it was "hotel quiet time" and that they needed to go to their room and stay there. In the future, for quick and easy access to both a luggage cart and the elevator, enter through the front MIDDLE entrance ramp, and both will be conveniently located on your right. Good hotel. Clean and good service. However the tv in our room didn't work. But overall it was great
