Pros: Ease of access from highway
Cons: Friendliness of front desk staff. Breakfast was awful.
Equal to most inexpensive motels, better than most Super 8s. Seemed pretty new or newly remodeled.

Made last minute reservations while on the road.

Pros: Location was easy to find
Location: Only passing thru to Pendleton and Eugene
Pool was filthy with hair and scum floating with skimmer not working. Staff reported to pool being serviced same day and finally posted sign that pool was closed but the spa hot tub was still available to use.

There was rat poop in air conditioning unit. I had my baby with me and could not use the AC or heat in fear of putting the toxins into the air.

We are sorry to hear there was a foreign material in your air conditioner. We have actually never had any reports of rats in the hotel, nor have we ever seen any. I can't imagine how one would get into one of our air conditioners, but I assure you that we will promptly come inspect and sanitize when you notify the front desk of such an issue. We could also gladly move you to another room. We hope you will give us a chance to better serve you next time.

Good motel for a short stay.

Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. Price was good.
Cons: Better bed covers and pillows.
Location: They were right next to the highway and easy to get in and out. We were there to visit family, but there are lots of wineries and it's a lovely area.
We stayed for 5 nights so we had plenty of time to determine what we liked and didn't like. We spent quite a bit of time in our room and could have used a more comfortable chair. The ones we had were hard and uncomfortable. The bed was fine, but pillows were awful and there was only one thin blanket and it got cool a couple of nights. When it was hot the AC worked well and that was a good thing. They resurfaced the parking lot while we were there and it was hard to find a parking spot at times. The key cards didn't always work and I had to go to the office to ask for replacements which also didn't always work. The free breakfast was adequate but boring. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nicely cleaned. The worst thing we found was the bathroom light turned on the ventilator and was very noisy, that got old in a hurry. Overall the motel would have been fine for a quick overnight stay but for a long stay not that great.

Cons: Hot water
Quiet in my room. Food ok. Lack of hot water with explanation being. It's that way when we are full.

We apologize that you experienced a hot water issue during your stay. A lack of hot water is a VERY infrequent event at Super 8, and indeed, MANY guests must have been using their showers at the same time for this to happen. We hope to provide better service during your next stay.

Pleasant stay

Cons: Rooms are a little dated but ok
Location: Dickies bar b q had coupons at the front desk and it was pretty good
The hotel was close to freeways and had ample parking. Check in was quick and efficient. Hotel was close to restaurants and the university. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. There was a heat wave during our stay so the pool was awesome. We were very happy with it.

There was good service, and the staff was very professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean but there were not many options provided for breakfast. Overall a very decent hotel.
