“Check in was super easy, room was absolutely spotless and decorated very nicely. Beds are extremely comfortable, and amenities provided gave everything you would need. Located perfectly between Killington and Woodstock. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Probably one of the cleanest motels I’ve ever stayed in, would definitely recommend. ”

“The place was very dirty. The linens were dirty, the pots/pans and all of the cooking utensils were dirty. There was a rubber band on the floor in bathroom that didn't belong to us.There was only 3 forks and a few spoons. Very little silverwear.”

“Overall it was fabulous. The accommodations were perfect. The house was well equipped with the essentials you might need. The guest book was extremely helpful. The tool cabin had snow shoes available and summer items for those months. We did not use the hot tub due to time but did look at it and it was well kept and clean. They provided maps of hiking areas around us. It is a great location for large ski resorts and close to Ludlow for night life. We will be back! Thank you! ”

Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used……

“Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. ”

“整體而言還不錯，10分應該有個8.5分。入住辦理手續十分快速，飯店屬於小而美的感覺，有簡易健身房、溫水游泳池，早餐也算豐盛，有鬆餅、麵包、熱食、水果及各式飲品。房間部分有些老舊，如能再將房間升級一些，會有更好的體驗的。”
