"The room was comfortable and was just the right amount of space and the hotel was in great location. However, what set this hotel apart is the excellent service that the staff provided! The gentlemen at the front desk were very polite and helpful. On-site parking is definitely a huge plus but the downside for me was driving through narrow ramps and parking my on tight spaces. However, the attendants at the front desk were always willing to help me navigate to the hotel parking lot to ensure I don’t scratch my new car. Highly recommend and I come stay again. "

"I enjoyed this hotel. It’s small and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that a grand hotel would, but that’s part of the charm! I flew into Zurich from the US and only needed to stay one night before continuing my journey. It’s very close to the train station. Get on the 11 train and your next stop is the hotel! The train stop is less than a block away. This may not be the place to stay if you want more than 2 people in the room as the rooms are small and so is the bathroom and shower. I opted for a room with its own bathroom but I think they have shared bathroom options too. "

"The staff are great, very friendly, fast and efficient. The bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the room. The hotel is very convenient being basically part of the airport, it took me at most 10 minutes from checking out to airport security which was also very fast and efficient. The whole experience was very much better than I hoped it would be. A lot of "verys" there I know but :-)."

"The hotel is two tram stops away from the airport and easy to find. The property is absolutely immaculate: all the common spaces and the rooms. There are several snack and beverage machines available along with a coffee machine in the lobby. The breakfast is available for an extra fee and well worth it: cheeses, meats, yogurts, seasonal fresh fruits, cereals, breads and rolls, soft to hard boiled eggs to order, milk, lactose free milk, coffee machines, juices and water. The staff was very friendly and easily transitioned between languages. The rooms are economically priced with European style bathrooms in their small rooms; a water closet (toilet) is separate from the open to the room shower/sink area. The wifi worked fine. There are darken curtains and plenty of towels in the rooms. As in other European hotels, there are no washcloths. The Ibis Budget Hotel is affordably priced and, by American standards, a steal! We will continue to use this hotel and chain. "
