I fell and had to stay an extra 2days and could not walk . The staff went above and beyond to look after me . Room service even though there wasn’t any , ice , water , pillows etc . Even help with getting home . In particular, the daytime front desk person whose name I cannot spell lol was so helpful and kind to me . I have never heard of or stayed in this chain of hotels but based on my experience with your staff I will again

Overall good place with good staff but the rooms needs some attention, their quality is disparate in the same category .

Very good
Very nice modern hotel. Spacious room with deck outside for morning coffee. The only downside is missing bathroom door and lack of kettle/ coffee, tea in the room. Will stay again.

Poor condition and worn out , rooms smelt of smoking and balcony open and next doors dog kept back and forth, no privacy Had to change the booking to one night

Hotel molto bello, immerso nella natura, circondato da verde, tutto a disposizione,campo da tennis, ping pong... e due passi dall'acqua parc aqualibi, e con una bella passeggiata si arriva al centro di louven la neuve... Colazione stupenda, abbondante e varia e camerieri molto disponibili... Le camere sono minimal, moderne e abbastanza pulite... Purtroppo non c'è un mini frigo e nemmeno un bollitore, e manca la cassaforte ... L'accoglienza è super gentile e tutto lo staff è meraviglioso

Fair enough.
Business overnight. Just a bed required and perfectly acceptable in that regard. Restaurant is microwave meals only during Covid but vibrant town less than 10 min walk. Breakfast pre packed but again ok considering the times we live in.

A comfortable stay in the middle of nature.
The hotel has a nice and friendly feel throughout, with comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms, a pleasant bar and fun terrace on two levels. The breakfast buffet was copious and delicious.

Good stay
Stay was very good - the included buffet breakfast is great, as is the tea/coffee station that's available all day. Room was a good size and comfortable - had a balcony as well if visiting in warmer months. 10 minute walk into the town centre as well, so a convenient location.

Quite basic hotel
We chose this hotel for its location as we were attending a wedding nearby. We were quite disappointed when we saw the hotel and our room. It was extremely small and extremely basic. We thought it was not good value for money. The staff was nice andbut was clean but again, quite basic, similar to a student's room, not a hotel.

Ok for 1 or 2 nights
Small but clean room, free wifi (pay to upgrade, but no need). No air conditioning, but fan provided (did not make room cool enough to sleep well). V thin walls-heard every word of the hour-long row of the couple next door, unfortunately. V pleasant staff, adequate breakfast. Ok for 1 or 2 nights, if you have something to do In the area.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to Université catholique de Louvain. The breakfast is quite good and includes fresh-squeezed orange juice.

A budget hotel, but poorly maintained.
This green Ibis is very basic, with tiny rooms. At a glance it seems ok. But try do a poor job of cleaning (seems to have a very small cleaning staff, so the blame is on Ibis, not on the clearners). As a result, the carpet was dense with dust, and they use a cleaning spray (a chemical) to mask odors and create a fake sense of freshness. Everyone in our family felt sick from the day we arrived and recovered as soon as we left.

Hotel is close to the centre of LNV - 10 minutes to walk. No indications to the hotel seen when looking for it in the evening. Seems that on-site booking is up to 60 Euro cheaper than on the internet

Nice hotel in a quiet location
Good hotel about 10 minutes walk from the Louvain train station. Good-sized, comfortable and modern bedrooms. The park and woods around the hotel give the location a peaceful and natural touch. Would use again.

Good value hotel
We have stayed at this hotel on two occasions and have had no problems. The rooms are quite basic but they are clean and comfortable and were ideal for our needs. The buffet breakfast which was included in our price was particularly good.

Business Trip to Belgium
The hotel staff were most helpful and courteous and service at dinner and breakfast was very good, reception staff were excellent. There is a small gym with exercise bikes, rower, treadmill and weights, this is open 24hrs and is free. Just off the hotel lobby there is a free hot drinks dispensing machine which makes up for the lack of this facility in the room. The room ( Double) was clean and compact. Only downside was the blinds ( no curtains) which allowed first light to filter into the room and waken me earlier than desired. As regards location this was a business trip so no opportunity to explore and a few inches of snow on the ground! Taxi from the airport was expensive at 100 Euros. Overall I would definitely use this hotel again if business arose in this location.

Very helpfull staff, although there was a language problem, since not all at the front desk spoke English... I would really like to have a small refridguator/minibar in the room. Excellent service allround :)
