A place to avoid ...
Arrivée le dimanche soir vers 20h00, personne à la réception, on récupère sa clef dans un casier. Il n'y a donc personne durant la nuit. Chambre au mobilier plastique cheap. Chauffage par airco qui ronronne alègrement toute la nuit. Pas de minibar. Même pas une bouteille d'eau de bienvenue. Durant toute la semaine de mon séjour la chambre n'a pas été faite. L'unique fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas. Et le petit déjeuner sort droit d'une usine de fastfood. L'unique travailleur de cet hotel est sympa, il fait ce qu'il peut! Bref ceci est un Formule1 qui a changé de nom et surtout, de prix! A éviter.

Very nice
Very nice modern hotel. Spacious room, no wardrobe though. A bit limited breakfast but good enough for one morning. Would stop again and happily recommend.

Clean and comfortable hotel.
Lovely stay, second time there and no complaints. Not much around but great hotel to go and explore Belgium from,and a good start in the morning with a great breakfast.staff always on hand to help you out.there is one thing you can do is put a English Channel on the tv so we can come back to the room and watch.

Nice hotel, not unpleasant. Room fine, nice shower. Bit draconian breakfast service, finished at 10am on Sunday, food cleared away and asked to leave straight after 10, not very relaxing.

Nice modern Hotel
A very nice hotel to stay at, 3 of us stayed there for 1 night and had an apartment style room with 3 separate beds. The hotel was very clean and well looked after and the staff were very friendly and happy to help us find somewhere to eat as the restuarant just next door was closed during our visit. Only downside is that it is not really within walking distance to anywhere as Nivelles is approximately 40mins walk away. Apart from this a very nice, reasonably priced hotel.

Very helpful staff let me check in early and stay a few hours late. Also they had a washing machine and dryer allowing us to leave Belgium with a suit case of clean cothes.

The hotel is very new and still has that "new carpet" smell in the corridors. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The air-conditioning kept the room cool at night, which helped me sleep soundly. The shower had plenty of hot water with great pressure. My only concern was the floor of the shower was quite slippery when wet -- I placed a hand-towel on the floor every day to avoid slipping. I suggest they apply some roughening treatment to avoid slippage. The room had plenty of power outlets on each side of the bed, and beside the fold-down desk. The free wifi was strong and reliable. The hotel is is located between Waterloo and Nivelles, well away from any civilization, which is great in terms of quietness, but adds travel expense when it comes to going to work every day and dining at night. The hotel does have a small electric car that can be rented for only €8 for 4 hours, which is cheaper than getting a taxi to a nearby town which could cost up to €25 each way. But since there was only one electric car, and I needed to be away all day for work, I ended up renting a car for the remainder of the week. There is only one restaurant -- an Italian pizza place -- within walking distance. Breakfast is supplied, consisting of a hot buffet and lots of cold choices, including fruit, cereals, and baked goods. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in that area.

The hotel is nice and clean. The room was comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was included and was quite nice. Evening meals were much more difficult, however. The hotel has a small selection of food - inexpensive, but not up to par with the rest of the experience. Being as the hotel is a little off the beaten path, this made planning for an evening meal away from the hotel a little more challenging. The city of Nivelles is not far away and offers some nice places to eat.

Modern hotel
Friendly greeting on arrival. Basic but comfortable room. Was located in a room overlooking the front entrance and on one of our nights stay was disturbed by a taxi driver smoking and holding a conversation in the early hours. Did not complain or bring to anyone's attention but worth asking for a room at the rear in warmer weather when sleeping with the window open.

Nice hotel with friendly staff.
This hotel is mordern and has all the essentials for a comfitable stay. The hotel is close to the motorway network which is good if you are travelling, not so good if you are not planning to travel. Brussels is about 20-30 minutes drive away. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
