1. Front desk service is very slow. I am the second one to check in. However, I was waiting more than 30 minutes.
2. I booked online through hotels.com 2 months ago. This hotel has 10% senior discount for walking customer, But not for online booked customer. I paid online 2 months ago, but they refused to honor their policy to discount 10% senior for me.

If you book your reservation through another company that is not Choice, we are not responsible for the discounts they offer or not offer. You are always welcome to make a reservation directly with us the next time you want your senior discount.
