Poor room condition
Posted Jun 5, 2016 on Hotels
Checked in late and everyone was extremely tire. Placed my 2 years old in the sofa bed, sorted out everything, then found out the sofa bed for family room was broken. Luckily my baby didn't trap in. They said nothing they could do but apologise. They offered another night stay for free, but our whole family had to wait by the reception area for a long time to chase it up.
From the description it said there's air conditioning in the room, but it was disabled and blowed out hot air from 'central heating'. So we had to open the windows but felt extremely insecured being on the ground floor with kids in our room.
Generally, room condition was poor but service was ok. I personally won't book it again unless there's no other choice.
