Worth Every Cent to Stay in such a Beautiful Hotel

Posted Sep 19, 2017
Pros: Realism of the hotel, you really do feel like you are in a Winter Lodge somewhere and the fireplaces on each floor are rarely used.
Cons: Check in process, our lady didn't seem to know exactly what she was doing and messed up our MAgic Bands, It took only a few minutes to get them fixed
Location: Very Close to all the Disney Parks, nothing else has to be said.
The Check in was very quick and easy, The Disney experience started as we moved through the security gate to the hotel, the Lobby was unbelievable, the rooms were all very nice and quite, the transportation to and from the parks were right on time and didn't seem as crowded as in many of the other hotels we had stayed at before. The crickets chirping at night, and birds in the morning were such a great addition. The pool was great and not crowded, and the water front bar was absolutely wonderful and full of very happy people. We have stayed in a number of Disney hotels, this was one of the best and rivals the Grand Floridian, all they need is some live music in the great hall. You will enjoy this quite and peaceful hotel. One thing to remember is when you go to the restaurant in the Lobby don't ask for Ketchup, you might get more than you bargained for. A super Stay at Disney for the family.

Pretty good

The place is a palace. However, multiple employees told us different answers about when restaurants were open until, leaving us with no food.

Great time

Posted Aug 1, 2017 on Orbitz
My two friends and I stayed here for a girls trip. We had a great time and loved the resort. The room was plenty big and we enjoyed the fridge and coffee machine. We did have issues with our billing with the MagicBands. This happens almost every time I go with friends and we have multiple credit cards associated with the reservation. The front desk staff were helpful in trying to solve the issue, but it has happened three different times and is frustrating. Other than that, the hotel was great. We loved Geyser Point and Territory Lounge. A nice time!
