My car broke down on the highway, I stayed in this hotel while my car was fixed. Although it was a bad, unplanned situation, it turned out ok because my stay at this hotel went very smoothe. Its not five-star but I would stay here again anytime.
This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was the noise from the highway which was very close by.
I explained to the front desk I had to kill a roach and there were many dead insects in my room I understand insects happen happy they are dead but it just felt filthy and housekeeping came picked up the bugs with my very few bath towels then still left behind some of the dead bugs
The location is excellent. Room was okay. Shower pressure and hotter water could be improved. All-in all a good place to rest up for the next day of driving.
Furniture was heavily soiled. Same for carpeting. Furniture was lined up against wall so as to prevent front door from opening fully. Web site and huge neon sign in front of property advertised "free breakfast". When we checked in and inquired where breakfast was served and what hours, we were advised that there was none. We were told that we could buy coffee and donuts across the road at the truck stop. AVOID TRAVELERS BEWARE!!
This is a great place to stay along I-95. It's a no frills motel with great customer service. The price is reasonable and the place is very clean. No breakfast and nothing else at the exit, but don't let that deter you.
They could not find my reservation. I showed them my reservation then after a conversation the front desk said it just come through. I booked for 3 days on the 2nd day my key would not work we got told it was due to our phone on the 3rd night key stopped working front desk person said we was due to pay rent and did not clean our room after reminding them of my reservation and showing it to them that yes we paid for the 3rd night front desk person said he knew that and blamed it on someone else finally got a new key needless to say i will not saty here again
Would never go back to this place and wouldn't recommend it either. I checked in and went up to my room and the first thing I saw when lifting the blanket was a bedbug. I immediately left and when I asked the lady at the front for a refund she told me she couldn't because it was through Expedia. She offered another room but I explained that I was uncomfortable staying there as I'd had an experience with bedbugs years ago. She said it was impossible that they'd have any and still couldn't believe me. It was super disappointing as it was my first time staying in a hotel on my own and I was already nervous. I then contacted Expedia and they said they just had to contact the Inn to issue a refund and when they called the lady at the front she said no. I spent around $100 just to spend 3 minutes there. Anyway, my boyfriend called and the lady acted like she never denied me a refund but I truthfully think I was just being taken advantage of because I was a young female traveling alone. I wouldn't recommend this place and if you check out the google reviews, they wouldn't either.
I think this hotel is wonderful. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. It's quiet, there are places nearby to grab something to eat. I'd definitely stay here again.
Peach Tree was a safe, quiet place to stay after 12 hrs on the road. The sheets and tub and toilet were clean, but there was dirt on the bathroom wall and door, a spot of blood on the wall above the sink, dust on the lampshades. There was too much furniture in the room, most of it not in great shape.
The staff was warm and welcoming. The space provided all the comforts I needed. The property was conveniently located near the highway yet was quiet and restful. Parking provided easy access to my room and the price was just right. Overall it was a fine stay 😊
The lady who worked the front desk was VERY rude. My husband was there for work for 5 days and she was nasty from the beginning. I would not recommend anyone to stay and deal with her attitude.
Check in was ok, woman at front desk was eating, not very friendly
Hard to converse with someone through a small window☹️
Bathroom was dirty-lots of hair on floor and bottom of door
Everything was enjoyable. Would be nice if they had breakfast in the foyer by the check-in office. Looks like it was once running there at one time. Towels and soap were very limited for two guests.
The bed sheets felt like a table cloth. The coffee pot didnt work, which was ok because the Styrofoam coffee cups had been used and put back out to be used again. There was one towel for 3 people. The rooms didnt smell clean.
It is fine for a nights rest but not the best. It’s loud from the truck stop near by and the highway traffic. The shower and bathroom looked disgusting. The towels were yellowing, and the two they give you to shower were small - I didn’t use it. The coffee machine is tiny, and dusty. The bed was fine (no bugs - I check). Not like the pictures, the med covers had what looked like cigarette holes. The door has a chain lock added - for extra security. I slept with a light on. No free breakfast like it says. The lobby was closed and had to just drop the key off in a box outside in the morning. I don’t think there was an elevator available, I couldn’t find one after a late night check in and lugged all my things up the stairs to the second floor.
This was an overnight stay traveling from one destination to another. The room was very good for the price. We rested well and everything was great. we look for safety, and this hotel and location was safe and quiet.

Disappointing
The room was dirty, walls dirty, doors dirty but the beds were okay.
There were roaches and bed bugs. They had sprayed to prevent us seeing the bugs. After dark we were under attack. They refused us a refund. They had rented the room we booked and afterwards they offered us a room on the other side of the building. The staff was aware of the problem and tried lies at every turn. Disgusting experience, it left me no choices at 10 pm with a 3 year old and a spinal surgical patient.
No breakfast even though they advertise breakfast both online and on sign in front. Room smelled bad. Gave us key to occupied room. Walked in on guests.
