They need to update bedding. Double beds are not adequate. Also need safes in every room otherwise very comfortable stay. Pool and fitness room very nice.

The property itself was nice i did find some hair in my bed that wasnt mine, and some plastic wrap floating around in the pool other than that I would deff stay again the staff was super friendly, and the room itself was huge for the small price we paid!

Interesting how we stayed for a couple nights and housekeeping didn’t bother to clean our room, take out the garbage, or give clean towels… if I had know. There was no housekeeping service to be given I would have stayed at a different hotel…

Great service excellent value for your money only negative complaint is the water pressure in the shower because it was nonexistent but other than that I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The fitness facility did the job and there was a nice pool I certainly took advantage of. I would definitely go back if the price was right

Because the facility is old, you should check in advance to see if there are any broken parts. We changed rooms for the night because the shower was broken.

My room was clean, comfortable, and large. I liked the breakfast area and options, as well as the coffee machines. The pool area was also nice. It was sunny and a warm, quiet spot to relax. The location is a little far from downtown Boston, but if you don’t mind a drive it’s a good spot to stay.

Uncomfortable beds, stained walls, rugs & curtains. No hot water in bathroom, broken shower/tub appliances, visible damage to doors.
Main door did not close fully, leaving a gap towards the upper half.

Much nicer than the typical best western. We enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. Dinner next door was convenient and yummy.

The room that we stayed in had a noisy heater. You could also hear the elevator everytime it changed floors.
The pool was closed for 1 entire day of our stay, and the pool was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel for our family.
The restaurant had poor service but the food was decent.

The hotel is decent. The room size is good. Their buffet breakfast is the best we’ve experienced in our many travels.

There were some interesting characters hanging around the lobby and at breakfast... It was also quite noisy at night and in the early morning.
