Curtains did not completely cover window, so bright sunlight would wake you up between 4:30 and 5:00 every morning. Elevators did not seem all that mechanically sound. Made a reservation via Expedia for two days, showed up in the hotel system as two reservations each for one day, got called by hotel staff after first day wondering when I was going to remove my stuff. When I explained that it was a two day reservation not one, they had trouble understanding and kept insisting I made two different reservations.

Great value for the money

Pros: Clean, friendly staff
Cons: real milk in addition to sweetened coffee mate for the coffee, and decaf.
Location: Bonefish Grille and some other upscale restaurants are within walking distance. Wonderful!
It's not a fancy place, but it's clean and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. I did change rooms only because there was no remote with the TV. I wasn't sure so I packed my stuff before going to the front desk, she happily said, "well I could get you a remote, but since you packed your stuff let me move you and give you an upgrade." Totally unnecessary, but delightful!

Stay at a better place

Basic room for transient worker needed place to cook. Noisy - commode slow- shower had mold in grout. Oatmeal or muffin only breakfast choice

Easy location close to restaurants and highway

Cons: Breakfast offerings add fruit, better coffee
Location: Naked Fish restaurant is great!
Toilets sound like a jet plane a bit loud. Staff was nice, continential breakfast was a disappointment. I would do a short stay again.

Worst hotel I've experienced in nearly 40 years.

Terrible staff harassed me, and then I was charged almost over double what I paid for the room for "smoking in my room" which is Conpletley false. since I don't smoke but they still charged me. i hve escalated this situation to multiple parties.

Plumbing could use some work. The sink and toilet took forever to let the water down. The toilet ran for ten min after usage. Had a hard time even turning the shower knob to be on position.

Nice location, close to highway but quiet, a few nice restaurants around. Room was clean but stinky with cooked fish, opened window did not help.

It worth it

It is actually a great hotel. It has full kitchen and all kinds of cookware. To be honest, I'm pretty happy with my experience.
