Very nice staff, my room was clean. They just dont have a breakfest. But i knew that coming in and i still stayed for 15 or 16 days.

Hope you don't get the pleasure of checking in with Darlene. She's a real "peach". Booking with Expedia it sent over the request as a smoking room when we are non-smokers. She was so hung up on the smoking policy she wasn't even listening when I tried to ask to be switched to a non-smoking room. She then got biligerant and when asked if this was her attitude she proceeded to state she's had 17 years in the business and knows people like me and not too worry the whole thing is being recorded. Look at the reviews and she's been getting away with this for over a year. NEVER would stay here again just because of her even though once in the room it was comfortable. Oh, and housekeeping tried walking into our room at 8:10 in the morning. Maybe the owner or Red Roof Inn corporate will one day realize what a detriment she is to their business.

Good stay, great value.
Well-sized, very comfortable room. Clean in the middles (don't look in the corners or behind the bathroom door - you'll find a crumb collection.) But the sheets and towels were clean, the beds were comfortable, the water was hot and plentiful - it was a good stay at a great price.

First room had feces in the bathtub - the sheets kept creeping up the bed, a loud car exhaust kept us up for hours the second night -had to call the police. The front desk didn't answer to help. We had the cleaning guy just walk in the door without knocking - Awkward. This place is horrible.

The motel was surprisingly quite at night even through the weekend. The female evening staff that checked us in on 6/29 was grumpy and complaing to me she wasn't able to eat her dinner because of problem customer.

Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a smell of smoke or weed. The sheets had cigarette burns and the shower curtain was marked with hair dye. There were bugs on the floor and towels and the floor needed a good mop.

Okay for the price and a short stay
When we first checked in the lady at the desk was a bit rude and a little short with me for no reason. The room had a weird, overwhelming smell and wasn’t overly clean. There were a few bugs which may be normal, but just wanted to state that. We also made sure to bring our own pillows and blankets as we didn’t exactly have faith in the cleanliness of the ones here. Overall, we only needed a place to sleep for the night, so it was fine for the price and purpose.

Not as advertised. At this price point the room should be better. The room smelled strongly of smoke (supposed to be non-smoking). It was not stocked for 4 people (2 towels, 2 cups, NO Soap, Lotion, Shampoo - All Empty). Our family with small children did not feel safe here. There were men outside our room smoking and talking loudly at various times until midnight.

The room looked updated. The refrigerator didnt shut all the way and the microwave door was open. The outside door was also not shut all the way. The beds were pretty comfortable.

Difficult to get to. Drive was dangerous to deive on. Desk clerk wantéd to be rude but i refused to take the bait to argue with her. Was given a nonsmokong room but the nathroom smelt like someone had just lit up.

Good if just looking for a place to sleep.
Basically used as a place to sleep. Gone most of the time. Maid did minimal cleaning, gave us new towels and took garbage each day. Never touched the bed or floor in five days. Reasonably quiet nights.

WOMAN CLERK MADE IT HORRIBLE WOMAN CLERK,DIRTY ROOM
The second i walked in,the older woman at the desk was super rude. At first she said we couldnt have the lower lever because of a service animal. I said,okay..We booked the kind bed. Then she stated we couldnt have a king bed because of a service animal. So, we got the 2nd level with double beds. (Woman that stayed on first floor stated, she couldnt get the 2nd level because of a dog?! She also stated her door wouldn't lock. She had to put a chair in front of it) We went into the our room. Wow! The room hadnt been cleaned. We stay in expensive and cheap hotels all the time. We aren't too picky.This was a $50 room. There was smudges of food,grease, maybe some poop all over the phone, dresser,microwave,walls. Found a dead beg bug under the mattress. Roaches by the door. Dirt build up everywhere. Sheets had alot of stains. Hair on pillowcases. Either housekeeping is lazy or this room hasnt been touched in ages. Customer service can ruin a stay very quickly. You never know what people are going through, so you should treat them with kidness. Maybe she gave me a room that hasn't been touched in years or the rooms are just that bad.
