The second i walked in,the older woman at the desk was super rude.
At first she said we couldnt have the lower lever because of a service animal. I said,okay..We booked the kind bed. Then she stated we couldnt have a king bed because of a service animal. So, we got the 2nd level with double beds. (Woman that stayed on first floor stated, she couldnt get the 2nd level because of a dog?! She also stated her door wouldn't lock. She had to put a chair in front of it) We went into the our room.
Wow! The room hadnt been cleaned. We stay in expensive and cheap hotels all the time. We aren't too picky.This was a $50 room. There was smudges of food,grease, maybe some poop all over the phone, dresser,microwave,walls. Found a dead beg bug under the mattress. Roaches by the door. Dirt build up everywhere. Sheets had alot of stains. Hair on pillowcases. Either housekeeping is lazy or this room hasnt been touched in ages. Customer service can ruin a stay very quickly. You never know what people are going through, so you should treat them with kidness. Maybe she gave me a room that hasn't been touched in years or the rooms are just that bad.
