Excellent stay, nice staff. Nice lounge on the 23rd floor with great drinks and amazing view. The bar lounge on the first floor was also amazing.

At this price point, I was genuinely excited to stay here — but the experience was a complete disappointment. Every single towel had a strange smell, and I don’t think it was detergent. It was more like the musty odor of something moldy. The bathtub was clogged, so water kept backing up during showers, which felt awful. The entire room felt like it hadn’t seen sunlight in a long time.
I rarely leave reviews, but the condition of the facilities here was truly disappointing. That said, I do want to highlight that every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally kind and friendly. Unfortunately, good service alone cannot make up for the poor state of the accommodations.

"Other than the poor experience we had at the Waterfront dining venue and the rooms being a bit dated and on the smaller side, the property was well maintained, had lots of activities available, very nice amenities, and a courteous staff. Overall, I'd give it a 8/10 rating."

"We love the cove!! We stay there atleast 3-5 times a year! It was amazing as usual and the staff is always super accommodating. We swam this morning after a large storm last night so the only recommendation is to have an outdoor pool cleaning system that can work quickly and better than skimming ..."
