“The host was prompt, pleasant, and addressed my immediate question right away! The home was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I just have 2 things that kept me from giving 5 stars. There were no medium or large size frying pans, only 2 small. That was an inconvenience when making a meal for 2. Maybe I overlooked the larger pan, but I did search all cabinets. The other issue was that there was a snowstorm on day 2 of our stay that ended early morning around 4am. By 9am the walkway and stairs were not……

“The home was clean and comfortable for the most part. I would suggest that the lighting in the bedrooms be less harsh for comfort. Bright white bulbs and florescent lighting for my family was not great. I would add that the lighting in the bathrooms for doing make up was bad (too yellow). It stated in the listing they provided bottled water but none was present when we arrived so we went to the store to purchase. If it wasn't listed I would have brought some from home. The manager told us they “forgot” to change the settings. It was in the 20’s and the house needs storm windows. The windows leak badly!
