Closed dark room. No view. Great location within 3 min walking distance to wanchai bars and MTR. Only one elevator was working. Not an inexpensive hotel for the comforts it offers.
A recently renovated hotel with modern furnishings and a central and easily accessible location in the convenient Wan Chai district. The staff are extremely courteous, bilingual and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. Upon our arrival, we had initially ...
Hotel Indigo was recommended by a friend for our stay in Hong Kong and we were very happy with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and professional and the room and facilities were first class. I will definitely stay there again.
The hotel is nice. Rooms are clean, have free wifi, and TV has multiple English channels. The location is also very good, between Causeway Bay and Wan Chai. Easy walk to shopping and bars/restaurants. Housekeeping staff was efficient and helpful.
Staff at the counter were courteous and professional. They responded to my every need well. The room was comfortable and big enough - considering HK hotel rooms are generally small - though I must say that they had upgraded me to their executive rooms.Bed was a joy to sleep in.
The hotel was close to many restaurants and bars, the hotel offers excursions and an airport shuttle. Room was small even though we paid for an upgrade and there was no storage of any kind found in our room on 27th floor, but beds were comfortable and clean, except for the towels that although smelt ...
Hotel is rated at 4 star but it is only between a 2 to a 3 star in US standard. Only the lobby looks like a 4 star hotel. The hallway is narrow and dim. The room, the carpet, and bathroom is marginally clean. Room service did not give us the two bottles of water on the second day. I called room service, ...
Stayed at the Mira Moon for 4 nights and really enjoyed my room and the location of the hotel. Lovely design, nice bar and restaurant (especially happy hour/s) and friendly helpful staff. Little tricky to find at first as Jaffe St is cut off by the Marsh St fly-over. Tell the taxi to turn left on ...
Hotel staff were excellent and very welcoming. The room had great amenities and handy additions such as a USB charging station. The complimentary breakfast was good.
Other than being in the middle of no where, it had everything you could ask for. I have stayed in over 20 different hotels in the Honk Kong region and on a dollar for dollar basis this was the very best. Thank you for recommending it.
Overall, this hotel is very well located and its easy to go anywhere in Hong Kong. The big problem is the bed. The bed was horrible. I had to drink in order to be able to fall asleep on that bed. Even with a few drinks a was still turning because my back was hurting because the bed was so bad.
This hotel really convinance less than 10 minutes walk to MRT and walk out from hotel lot choice restaurant HK styles bread shop close to everything. But is very disappointed the room is old and dirty . Get flees bite legs and both arm . Staff just apologise and change the room for me .
The location is close to the bars and restaurants in Wan Chai. The Hotel is also close to Pacific Place (Large Shopping Centre) in Admiralty. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for years. The staff are great and are willing to help with all enquiries.
