“The smell of urine was in the room upon arrival. We dropped our stuff and headed out to a concert right away, we were running late. We contacted Expedia when we got back to our room, they said contact the property. Expedia also tried to contact the Motel several times, and no one answered the phone after several attempts. I never got a refund for my second night's stay. After arriving home and contacting the motel they stated I did not drop off my key and check out until after 11am. THAT IS A……

“The staff person was clearly having a difficult time being kind or caring, at all. Very dismissive. Set a very bad tone for the visit. The room had a loud a/c unit and there were minimal towels. It was just a stay, it wasn’t a stay at a Hampton.”

“I checked out after seeing my room. The owner refused to refund my money! The facility was not updated as advertised. The pictures where staged. The appearance of the room was not even close except for the wallpaper behind the bed! I had to drive further down to stay at the Days Inn which was much nicer. He said there were no such rooms available and gave me a double room which I did not need charged me nearly $20 more after taxes. He gave me the option of not staying there, but I had already driven 20 minutes out of my way for the less expensive room good busy practices as well as common decency dictate that he charged me the lower price,……
