“clean and tidy, comfortable ”

“My husband and I came here for a weekend away. I hadn’t been back in the area and I guess they changed management because it was beautiful back in the day. We had to leave early due to an emergency for our son, we never spent a night there but when I asked if we could be refunded for our second night (I completely understand the first night as we had made it unusable for another guest) the front desk agent told me he would ask his manager and let me know the next day. “We stayed for 1 night while passing through . The Room was very clean and very comfortable , love that they a non smoking rooms so they didn’t have that gross stale cigarette smell.. The bed was very comfortable, hot water in the shower was amazing ( there was a body soap/ shampoo dispenser but it was empty ) Only thing that was not great was the continental breakfast.. We went in and they had the smallest coffee maker I have ever seen which is ok I think we may have only been the only guests……

“I had the worst experience ever in my life with this place. It was dirty spiders inside the room and cockroaches, crawling under the bed. Dirty walls the water barely dry out of the bathtub. The pool wasn’t even working.”
