Family of 4 sharing a two queens room. The only downside was that there were never enough towels. Other than that..... awesome week long vacation. And this hotel was in easy walking distance to many attractions that we wanted to see.

room bit small, but very clean near by bars, casino, restaurant and near by the french quarter...on calm area.

Perfect hotel with great staff

Pros: Victoria was awesome!!!!!!!!
Cons: Guest computer in front wasn't working.
Location: Bourbon Street, French Quarter, cute cafes across the street
This hotel is not only gorgeous, but it's got incredible staff. Victoria was extra accommodating when I was in town to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. She was professional, kind, and went out of her way to make my check-in process seamless. I truly can't thank her enough for her help at such an early hour. The bed is comfortable, the room was clean, and the bathroom had a large enough shower area. The location is about $10 to Bourbon Street by Lyft, which is worthwhile considering it's out of the hustle and bustle. No complaints whatsoever! I absolutely loved my stay,and would come back here next time I'm back!

Perfect location and super comfortable bed , staff was helpful and quick to give us room even do we arrived earlier then check in time . 👌

The hotel is close to Canal Street Bourbon Street

Everything was good except for housekeeping they expected something for nothing and they did not do a good job at all when I complain they just did worse therefore I would never go back to this hotel everyone else in the hotel is great

Great Location

Cons: the pillows to soft
Location: Central location
Location of hotel was perfect! Center to the Harris casino, World War II museum, mall, Canal Street, Ruby's restaurant, Mother's..... Hotel Staff very welcoming. Restaurant staff especially nice and good food and drinks. Housekeeping great job!! Pillows a little to soft for me - only complaint. Thank you and hope to see you all soon!

Poor hotel for excellent rating

Pros: Not very much of anything.
Cons: No comment
Location: Location was great.
Room very small, poorly maintained for a Marriott hotel. Beds were advertised as queens. When they were full size. Front desk clerk refused to look up my Marriott rewards number. I have never had this happen before, as I have stayed in several Marriott properties.

Quiet but close to the action

This was a great hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. You're close enough to the action if you want, but far enough away that it's quiet too. Lots of great food options nearby. The rooftop pool was awesome. The only downside was that the hallways smelled a little musty.
