Thieves work here

Posted Aug 22, 2017
Left our vehicle with the valet. When it was returned the next morning from a locked parking garage, $300 of my daughters cash had been stolen from it. I understand that valuables should not be left in the car but, this money was hidden in a safe place and the car had to be thorough searched in order for it to be found. The hotel refuses to do anything about this or even question their employees who were the ONLY people that had access to the car. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Warehouse district

Posted Aug 22, 2017
We had a nice experience at the hotel loved the location and building on a great street and safe., but I didn't like my room , it smelled of smoke . They did spray it but it still smelled. We couldnt change rooms because of Expedia. Second time not happy with Expedia. also, we had a window that overlooked the courtyard which was confining. I don't want to look into other people's rooms. Be aware of your type of room before booking. Staff was friendly and accomadating.

A Modern place to stay in New Orleans

Posted Aug 22, 2017
Pros: The hotel has an artsy style, very modern and clean. Very easy to check-in if your plan early.
Location: The hotel is in the warehouse district but close to museums, restaurants and shopping areas.
This was our second time stay in the Renaissance New Orleans Arts Warehouse District Hotel, it was clean and very modern. The restaurant in the lobby area was finished which it wasn't on our first visit. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area.

Family of 4 sharing a two queens room. The only downside was that there were never enough towels. Other than that..... awesome week long vacation. And this hotel was in easy walking distance to many attractions that we wanted to see.

Perfect hotel with great staff

Posted Aug 17, 2017
Pros: Victoria was awesome!!!!!!!!
Cons: Guest computer in front wasn't working.
Location: Bourbon Street, French Quarter, cute cafes across the street
This hotel is not only gorgeous, but it's got incredible staff. Victoria was extra accommodating when I was in town to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. She was professional, kind, and went out of her way to make my check-in process seamless. I truly can't thank her enough for her help at such an early hour. The bed is comfortable, the room was clean, and the bathroom had a large enough shower area. The location is about $10 to Bourbon Street by Lyft, which is worthwhile considering it's out of the hustle and bustle. No complaints whatsoever! I absolutely loved my stay, and would come back here next time I'm back!
