“Bedroom was clean but had multiple spiders in it. Bed had black stains and signs of bedbugs. Shower worked but shower head was messing screws and was barely attached to the well. Towel rack came off the wall by me just picking the towel off of it. Inside pool was closed and couldn’t use it at all. Check in time came and our room wasn’t ready for 3 hours after check in due to washing machine break so no towels, blankets, or sheets. Staff wouldn’t even discount the room or anything. 1/5 start,……

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

Quite enviroment，barely have noise at night or day time. If you want to cook yourself， you can borrow pan and pot from counter. there coffee are really good”
