I reserved a king room and when i gor there i was told they only had 2 queen bed rooms as the king rooms were vacant but had not been cleaned and the cleaning staff had gone home

The room was clean and okay for one night. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and bacon along with cold cereal options. The area is a bit sketchy and the doors to the outside and to the main hallway were unlocked. There is also a pungent/ musty odor when going from the back parking lot into the building. Staff seemed nice enough but I probably wouldn’t stay there again

The only thing I was pleased with was the customer service during checkin. Other than that, once I entered the hotel room I realized that the shower curtain was torn up, the fridge had a mayor red wine spill that looked scary at a glance, and the bedding was uncomfortable and didn’t seem very clean.

I had a few days to relax. I came to Warner robins. This city has so much to do. A lot of shopping and dining options. Many you could walk to and within minutes of driving. Check in was ok. Seemed like I had someone in training. Hallway leading to the room didn't have a fresh smell. My room was okay. I did have a toilet that was continually running. I had to keep tapping the lever everytime I flushed. They called and checked after I got to the room. The phone didn't work, I couldn't hear the front desk so I called back on my cell phone. I informed them of the toilet and they wanted to send maintenance. I declined because I didn't think it was necessary being that I would hardly be spending alot of time in the room. They served breakfast that was pretty good but it was very cold in the dining area both days we stayed there. The second day I just took breakfast to the room. I wanted something hot but the coffee was cold as well. It's hard to sit and eat in a cold dining room. I think the people are nice here. A few were not so friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Warner robins and I am not doing this to negatively impact this hotel, just be mindful of the guests choosing to stay here.

The check in was simple and quick. The clerk was nice. The room is clean and well maintained. The only issues I have are the parking and outdoor lighting. All the parking is in the back of the building except for a very few spaces in the front. After nightfall it is rather dark in the front which creates an unsettling environment. Even with the outside issues I’ll still give it an overall 5 rating.

The picture in the ad did not resemble the motel, trouble with toilet, killed 12 roaches in 30 minutes, hair dryer did not work, exterior doors to hotel did not require a key to enter, glob of something on carpet that looked like dog vomit.. checked out after first night, very few other guests should have been clue.. skipped free breakfast.. Told that other guests in next room had also complained about roaches..

This was my absolute worst stay at this hotel. I was there for seven nights. The first night I had no lights in the bathroom. There were roaches in my room. I had no plug for the microwave and no room cleaning offered until my last day.

First off Noel at the front desk was wonderful! she was helpful, polite and just all around a very nice person to deal with.. the property however was terrible. my wife and I showed up checked in and inspected three different rooms before accepting the 4th offered room. first room had makeup and some other orange almost cheeto looking smudges on the sheets. second room we inspected had an overwhelming smell of smoke. third room had an odor of mildew and also one corner of the rooms carpet had been pulled back so they could remove or treat the mildew, still more though the front cowl of the A/C unit had been set on top of the desk table and the front of the unit was clearly being worked on. at this point i had taken some photos of this room to share with the Hostess Noel she was just as shocked as we were to see us back in the office seeking something better.. she expressed her disappointment in the communications of the staff responsible and apologized. the last (4th) unit we settled on was better mostly because it had a jacuzzi tub. But its carpet darkened the soles of my feet so we ended up wearing our socks for the remainder of our stay and also the furniture was severely worn spotted white marked were visible on the side of the entertainment center. the sheets looked better than previous units but we still ran to get our own fitted sheet and flat sheet set... Sincerely appreciate Miss Noel! Severely dissapointed in this particular hotel Though..

No comforter on the bed just a sheet and a thin cover. Took a bit for someone to come to the counter for check in and check out. Distinct odor in the hotel itself that was not pleasant. Parking is very confusing and no direction given. TV was small and poor quality. Air conditioning was sub par and the room was very humid even with it running. Ok for a quick stay, but definitely could use some improvement.

Pool area to small 1 table with umbrella. Choice inc only allows certain food supplier's to fill tbeir orders for the breakfast bar. Which meant because they couldn’t get their order due to some bacl log. No eggs, butter, cream cheese sometimes even milk for our 7 day stay

The grounds were unkept. The grass was overgrown, a lot of dead plants/bushes, the beds weren’t manicured. It felt scary and unsafe. The staff was nice. The safety lock was broken on my room door. I was able to use the door lock, but not the other lock on the door. Just didn’t like a safe place for a lady traveling alone for business.
