The property seems like it hasn’t been maintained or renovated in a very long time. It definitely needs a renovation sometime soon the sheets smell like cigarettes, even though I got a non-smoking room.

Very friendly staff; clean and welcoming facility. Some areas (elevators, hallways) would benefit from some TLC. Amenities are minimal--for two guests there should be enough bath soap, shampoo, bath towels; also a couple of water bottles. The (two beds) room features only a small desk and one chair--clearly insufficient for two guests. Breakfast is just a brown bag with a sandwich and a drink. No restaurant service. All in all, OK for a short stay, but I find it overpriced for the limited services offered.

Room was nice and the staff was nice. The whole place is built around a pool. I guess the decades of pool humidity take their toll and the place is a bit run down. There seems to be a nice bar there with pool tables etc. but it seems open - randomly? I couldn't even get a straight answer from the staff and they had paper signs up announcing random times it will be open upcoming.

This is a clean, no frills place to sleep for the night. However, this is no longer a full service hotel like the pictures show. During its tenure as a Holiday Inn, this was the premier hotel in Warren. Now it is in need of some serious TLC. It is absolutely clean and there was no sign of filth or insects. But the peeling paint, lights out in the parking lot and the bathroom of the room where I stayed, as well as the dreary look of the place, were disappointing when I think back to this hotel’s heyday. I thought Wyndham properties were held to somewhat higher standards, even in their economy brands such as Days Inn. A little paint, wallpaper and brightness could go a long way to make this property more attractive. That being said, it was clean and comfortable and I would stay here again on my own, but would likely not bring my family as they would be disappointed by the lack of amenities and lackluster appearance.

In the name of free breakfast they were handing a granola bar and small juice bottle on day 1 and just granola bar on day 2. Did not know they are so cheap. This hotel is in remote and to eat you have to go way out to eat. The resturant Mama jones sucks(they servers spoiled coleslaw salad).

The staff was excellent. Very polite and personable. But online description is very misleading. The pictures do not match the inside. The skylights leaked so you get hit by water when waiting for the elevator. The website advertises a restaurant / bar and a cafe. That is not true. Locals said the restaurant and has been shut down for years. I can take or leave the breakfast they did the best the could to accommodate their guests. But online also advertised vending machines. They do not exist. There was a drink one that did not work. The front desk did offer snacks and drinks to purchase. My ceiling in my room looked like it was going to fall in. And the whole place smelled of mold. It was snowing and no one plowed the parking lot. Very disappointed in the misleading advertising.

To many paper signs made the area look cheap. Message of being unfriendly. A lot of wasted space. Pool empty and not cleaned up. A lot of missed opportunities! This hotel is one reason the Hilton was booked.

The property was a bit run down. The pool was closed, which was disappointing because that is mainly why we chose to stay there. Breakfast was a bag with a frozen Jimmy Dean sandwich and a bottle of juice.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, the tissue box was empty, but we easily got a box from the front desk. The property itself isn't the best, lots of potholes in the parking lot and uneven walking surfaces. The "security" doors didn't actually lock, so anyone could walk in. Pool area was clean and easily accessible. It's a budget hotel, and you get what you pay for. I was just impressed with the cleanliness

We have stayed at many Wyndham properties and have always been pleased. The Days Inn at Warren is in need of renovation. The hallway walls need repainting, the elevator was dirty, our heat didn't work so we needed to move, breakfast was extremely limited and in general a sense of decline. However, our individual room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was excellent and attended to every request we had in a timely competent manner. This experience will not change our choosing Wyndham properties and we hope the next time we visit Warren, PA we will see positive imprvements.

This hotel is not what was not as pictured. The pool is closed and drained and has not been active for years. There is no dining or bar area, these have been closed since Covid. The hallways had trash sitting outside the room for the length of our stay. (3 days). This is not a clean hotel. I would not stay here again.

Pool is open everyday unless we need to clean the pool we have pool parties every weekend so that is lie number 1. The bar and kitchen are open on Friday and Saturday evenings have been for over a month Lie number 2, Garbage is picked up everyday in the halls at 8am and 7pm so lie number 3 Thank You for being a liar

Not as expected, but adequate; deskclerk wasgreat.
It was advertised as Breakfast Included (But, no,, only "grab & go" which bags were not visible next morning. It advertised a "restaurant on premises" but there was none. We needed help to get the door key to work; young desk clerk was very helpful; also who gave us good informaton for nearby restaurants.

Highly don’t recommend this property. Where customer service is terrible. The Shower was not working, when confronted they educate on how it always works and we as a (adult customer) doesn’t know how to turn on show tap like SERIOUSLY? No refund or no apology for inconvenience. Save your self some money and mental peace when out vacation or stay and DON’T book stay at this location.

Review of Hotel
The overhaul hotel is in very bad disrepair but they are doing repairs. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was not working but it was being worked on. Breakfast consisted of a bottle of apple juice, a bottle of water and a frozen Jimmy dean sandwich. The have a coffee station set up where you could heat your sandwich. Staff was super nice. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day early and they were so nice about it. So overall once all the repairs are done it will be a much more enjoyable stay. In the meantime they need to be more transparent on their site about the repairs, breakfast, and working amenities. Also think about decreasing the rate until repairs are done because this hotel was not you see what you get and they is disappointing.

Room was chilly and damp. Humid air in hotel. Water temp. In bathroom sink and tub was nice and hot. Couldn't get water to stay in tub. Fridge worked good. Lighting nice in room. Fairly quiet. Door card keys worked terrible. That was the worst thing about my stay.

Run down Days Inn
Check-in went very smooth. The gentleman working the front desk was kind and efficient. You have to walk thru the atrium (where the pool is located) to get to the rooms on the first floor. It was like walking into a brick wall when I opened the door to the atrium because of the heat and humidity. I hoped it would be better in my room. Although the temp was better the humidity was not. Everything felt damp. The shower head dripped constantly all weekend. The bed was extremely uncomfortable for me. When I left Saturday am, there was a bag of trash sitting outside my neighbor’s door- it was still sitting there Sunday evening. The hotel is run down and in need of major updates. I will not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone else. There is a Quality Inn literally next door and it was much nicer than this Days Inn was.

It smelled very moldy and there was black mold on the ceiling. The air conditioner was very loud. If we hadn’t been drinking, we would have left!

I didnt like the mildew smell, the mold in the bathroom, the paint peeling off the doors. The air condition made loud noises. The place looked like a dungeon. It needs painted and updated. Hard to believe Wyndham is part of this building.

The property really needs to be updated - peeling paint and wallpaper. The room was clean but needs a humidifier. Room had a distinct odor for sure. Carpet felt sticky. Pool was closed - it is pretty though! Grab and go breakfast only. If you want hot water for tea, go to front desk and they will heat water for you. Apparently you can get room service every other day. Bar area and pool table were closed.
