Family Reunion

Location: The location is perfect. The pub is right next door.
The fact that the hotel is dog friendly made the trip possible. So nice to see the family for the first time in 15 years.

Great Location and Excellent Value

Pros: Totally exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a very comfortable stay and very close to the event we were attending.
Location: The hotel is steps from city hall where the Warren Birthday Bash festival takes place every year.
Our expectations of this hotel were very low considering the cost compared to other hotels this close to the venue we were attending. We stayed in a different hotel when we visited last year that was much further away because our daughter was travelling with us so comfort and amenities were a bigger priority. That hotel was priced in between the cost of Extended Stay America and the others nearby and we were quite happy with that experience, this year we were more prepared to "rough it". Boy, were we ever surprised! From the moment we drove up, everything was beautifully kept, fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and efficient and our room was great... clean, spacious and comfortable. Even the "grab and go" breakfast was better quality products than we expected compared to other budget hotels we've stayed in. We had a full kitchen which gave us more freedom of food choices and a 24 hour diner next door so paying half as much again for the room just to have a larger "free breakfast" made no sense... the more sumptuous breakfast was the only "advantage" the hotel from last year offered. If we come back to Warren for the Birthday Bash next year we will definitely book here again.

Service at the front desk was friendly. The bed and pillows in the room was uncomfortable. The room advertised a queen size bed but it was clearly a full size bed. The fridge in the room was very loud and kept us up most of the night.

Close to where I want to visit

The room supposed to be none smoking. Need to change the bracket and pillows it's smell horrible..OMG

Run down, cheap stay
