Nice Hotel clothes to freeway, food places,

The staff were very friendly and totally accommodating, I enjoyed the breakfast bar I wish there were grits but all else was wonderful, every staff member there truly made me feel welcome. My only downfall was my airplane ride home it was horrible whoever thought it was a great idea to add Frontier airlines to a package deal needs to think again they have to be the worst! I was hit with a 45.00 fee for a carry on bag that normally cost nothing, the agent was beyond rude my flight was delayed more than 3 hours in Denver! I'm more than upset...

Nice hotel

It was very clean and the room was really nice....my only complaint would be is that the beds be softer...but that could be just me since I am used to a pillow top bed.

Pros: The room was very, very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

We where attending an ALL CHURCH RETREAT at the University of Central Missouri. This Comfort Inn hotel in Warrensburg Missouri provided a clean, safe place to stay when we were not at ACR.

Very impressed from the moment I walked in. Exceeded my expectations & thensome. Comfortable n Quiet is whatI asked for, Comfort Inn delivery big time. I will be back.

Management down fall

The manager was super unfriendly and was quick to blame every one else instead of trying to fix any problems. I was charged 13 dollars over what my invoice stated and could not tell me why or correct it. Blamed Expedia Our bathroom light was connected to the fan that ran like there were fifty people stomping in the room above us except we were on the top floor. We took a shower with the lights off. Stay clear of this hotel unless they do over haul of management.

68 need some features

Pros: great breakfast, location, staff
Cons: I am 68 and need a handicap toilet the short one's are just too difficult and nothing to hold on too
Location: handy and quiet so enjoy that
next time will need to get handicap toilet the regular are just too short and nothing to help self up and down. Aside from that excellent facility and staff bed not as comfortable as last time.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby was stocked with free popcorn, candy and other refreshments and it was very welcoming. The breakfast had a nice selection. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Restful night, great breakfast!

Pros: Free popcorn, free breakfast!
Cons: Don't care for the chlorine smell from the pool just a few feet from the front desk, but it didn't bother my wife at all...
Location: Close to the highway, so easy to keep oriented.
Just as nice this year as last year. Two more grand-daughters to get married and we'll likely stay here two more times, at least!

great stay

Cons: taller stools for seniors only thing I would improve
Location: lots of activities and great eating establishments
friendly, helpful and professional staff. great breakfast selections and fruit as well. very clean and comfortable room
