Don't be fooled by the name!Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: Nothing at all!
Cons: The list of improvements between cleanliness, attitude and rules is much to long to list. See paragraph above.
Location: Their is nothing nearby. If their was I would have gladly gone there. This is a small town in the middle of nowhere.
Arrived late at night after traveling all day. I did not enter a number of guests when I booked the room and told the gentlemen at the front desk that I had no problem paying for the extra guests. I told him I understood it was my mistake. He proceeded to yell at me (loudly!!) about my lack of attention to this matter and he was, apparently, going to be screamed at by upper management! Management must not care about their front desk staff smoking right in front of the doors to the hotel however..... Upon entering the room... 1. Room smelled of mold and urine. 2. Cockroach sitting on the toilet seat. (That was fun.. Not at all!) 3. Floors were filthy, especialy in the bathroom. These are just a few issues. The beds were surprisingly comfortable but I still brought in all my kids blankets and pillows. If it had not been late we would have trucked a bit further down the road!! The continental breakfast was atrocious! Their was one small case with omelettes and some sort of bagel sandwich thing. All these items were cold and you were instructed to warm them in the microwave. The items on the top shelf were totally exposed. No covering whatsoever! Nevermind the warm yogurts in the warm fridge! Their are notes with hotel rules ALL over the hotel! Including.. No taking breakfast items to your room! Luxury Inn and Suites? I think not, at all!!

AN EX-MISSOURIANPosted Jul 9, 2015 on Hotels
Good Room. I had stayed here when Holiday Inn owned it and it is one of the best in the area. There are other name brand hotels but trust me, this is where you want to stay as the area is safe and lot of restaurants and gas stations nearby. Clean room, no noise, comfortable bed.

LUXURY INN AND SUITES STAY ON VERY SHORT NOTICE.Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: THE PRICE AND THE LOCATION.
Cons: SOAP AND SHAMPOO IN THE ROOM.
WE HAD TO MAKE A QUICK RESERVATION AN ALL OF HOTELS IN A 30 MILE RANGE WERE PRETTY MUCH BOOKED UP. WHAT WE FOUND WAS EITHER OVER 129.00 PER NIGHT OR A FLEA BAG... THE LUXURY INN WAS GREAT WITH A GOOD PRICE. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT WE HAD NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO IN OUR ROOM . OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A PLEASANT STAY.

Nice hotelPosted Jun 12, 2015 on Hotels
We didn't spend too much time in the room, but it was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the staff was pleasant, and the bathrooms were clean. The pool area looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. The breakfast only went until 830, so that could be a little longer in my opinion because we didn't make it down in time. But other than that, no complaints here! We would stay here again!

Pretty nice place, very friendlyPosted Jun 4, 2015 on Hotels
Room was clean and comfortable, but a little dark when I was trying to do work. I just moved the lamp to the desk and it was just fine. I will stay again.

Good value for price.Posted May 27, 2015 on Hotels
non-smoking rooms are not on the same floor as smoking. In fact I couldn't even smell that there were smoking rooms. Staff was nice. The free breakfast wasn't very substantial so we went to the restaurant across the street. Would I stay here again? Yes.

DisappointingPosted Mar 4, 2015
Booked through AARP. Put us in room farthest away from lobby. Next to busy highway. There was only a couple of guest in the hotel. Not worth the money.
