Hi Yuet Sheung, we were so glad to hear that you extended your stay by an extra night and can only apologise for the broken garbage bag. We have had some extreme weather this last 24 hours and we think the bag must have been blown from the storage area. I spoke to the housekeepers and the bathroom cleanser product can sometimes leave a slight residue if not properly rinsed, so apologies for that happening. Rest assured the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned. I did smile to myself when you suggested that it was possibly due to the apartment not being rented out in a while as the apartments are so popular and in constant use!
