Very cold room

Pros: convenient location. staff was friendly.
Cons: room cosiness and aircon working condition.
Location: Whale watch in Logan beach
It was rainy in Warrnambool. The room was a bit too cold, and the aircon was noisy plus not powerful enough.

Thankyou for your comments. I do not know your room number to investigate the air conditioner. I will ask maintenance to check the operation of all air conditioners.

Good cheap place to stay.

Price was good. Comfortable enough for an older style. Difficult to access car park when more than three cars are parked in there. Staff pleasant enough. However we were there for dance competitions which lady/manager was aware as we discussed this. My daughter left her laptop behind. Even though we had given my mobile number as contact we were not rang and informed and me 11hours after we had left the hotel we rang and asked if it was there.we had already left the town and were heading home. Not impressed.

We were please we were able to be able to have your laptop available for collection in the late afternoon. As is normal lost items are placed in the lost property box waiting for collection. Thankyou for your other comments. Reception.

No staff on site or if they were never saw them. Waited for 30 minutes for a phone call or the front door phone to be picked up. Motel facilities were good but still waiting for our paid for continental breakfast. Still nobody at the office in the morning to enquire about the breakfast

Strange reception was manned till 5pm on Friday and again from 9am on Saturday. The telephone at the door is answered 24 hours per day. We apologies for any inconvenience.

A farce!!! Do not stay here

Pros: NOTHING, staff need training in customer service
Cons: close it down, stop ruining travellers holidays and tell the truth. You were at fault
Location: Thank goodness Warrambool has kind people who gave me accommodation
I arrived to check in at 5.35pm reception closes at 6pm, rang door button as indicated by sign if reception unattended, no response could hear phone ringing out, tried this for 40 mins, plus tried to use the code in text message to gain keys kept getting 'incorrect code'. It was now dark I needed to source alternative accommodation in a place I didn't know. A woman rang me (from motel) at 7.32pm to say she was expecting me that night, advised of the above, her response " I was just around the corner" never once said sorry to me. I said I wont be charged for thi,s her reply I put it through this morning, I requested she cancel this cost as I was there to use the service I had paid for, she said she'd do it in the morning, at 2.15pm the following day it had not been deposited in my account. I rang again had to leave a message requesting she put the refund in my account by COB or I'd take the matter further. 2 days later I rang Last Minute who kindly have refunded my money. This woman stated (to last minute) she'd booked the room for me and I never turned up and thus wouldn't be refunding my money. She needs training in honesty and customer service. If reception is open to 6pm a person needs to be there to welcome guests. As she rang me on my mobile number she could have let me know in advance if she wasn't going to be there and advised a time she would be. Being dishonest/ telling liars is unacceptable. Learn to be honest and accept ur errors lady!!

3 bedroom townhouse

We had a three bedroom townhouse at the rear of the courtyard. Modern construction, facilities including kitchen were well equipped, space was adequate, pleasant décor. View of the primary school oval from the rear. Met expectations.

Pros: Good location. Near to shops.
Cons: New furniture and need TLC overall.
Location: Close to CBD and tourists attraction
It is on busy road but the noise is acceptable. A bit old in terms of fixture & fitting. The small garden looks beautiful in front of the family room. Only comment is that TV remote control is dirty (oily or greasy).

Pros: Value for money
Location: Twenty five mins walk from city center
Rented 1 br unit; clean and tidy, but looks tired. Acceptable for one night's stay. Kitchen had the sink, microwave, fridge, and hotplate. Need better sound proofing.

Car parking space is not ideal for a larger vehicle
