Hi Michael, thanks for your review. We have installed reverse-cycle aircons/heaters in some rooms, such as yours. They are very powerful, and cool or heat the room quickly, although they are admittedly not always super-quiet. Our rooms are very well insulated, so most guests find that once the room has reached their desired temperature they can switch off the aircon/heater overnight and experience peace and quiet at a comfortable temperature. You're right Govan that our rooms are extremely clean. And our rooms are constantly refreshed: we frequently update the furnishings and appliances to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
