The pool was over chlorinated and my nephews eyes were still burning after leaving the pool and going to the room. The elevator was broken for over three days!! and we had to walk to the second floor my 75 year old mother went very slow.

This is obviously an older property and has been renovated. The room and bed were clean but things like the trim and fixtures and carpeting are not in the best shape. The elevator was also out of order when we stayed there. But the staff was helpful (rearranging the room accommodations because my wife had just had knee surgery and can't use stairs yet). Quiet and safe area. A good budget option for an area motel.

Breakfast was decent, room size and amenities are good. Main floor mens bathroom urinal was out of order for the day, clerk didn’t bother to provide the big towels for the pool, bathroom floor tiles were broken, shower gel and shampoos were minimal and when asked to give more, we just received one. This is a Christmas Eve, so the hotel was quite, which was good. Cleanliness in the room and loung were good.

Entered the hotel and was informed the elevator was out of service, and we would be on the second floor. We entered the room to find sour gummy worms sitting at various places throughout the room ( on top of the mirror, tvs, etc). The tile flooring in the bathroom was loose and the floor underneath felt spongy. The tub would not drain, and when we went to call the front desk we discovered that the phone was not connected to the wall and was missing buttons. The young man at the front desk was new, but was extremely helpful. Once we walked down the stairs to get help with the tub, he came right away and was able to plunge it. We were concerned breakfast would not be good, but that was quite good. We did question if the waffle mix was OK because we noticed dark chunks in it. Turns out the advertised "original" waffle batter was birthday cake batter with sprinkles.

Property not managed well
Upon check in the front desk system was down, the elevator was out and I had to carry my 50lb suite case up two flights of stairs. My stay was for 4 nights and no one cleaned the room while there and had to track down towels myself. Also, there was no lights in the parking lot.

Caryn,Thank you for your review of your stay. Yes unfortunately our internet was out for about 16 hours which took our system down due to a cut fiber somewhere in town. Our elevator is down for the safety of our guests while we are waiting for a part to come in and we are only renting 1st and 2nd floor during this time. I'm very sorry to hear that housekeeping did not come and clean your room during your 4 nights, someone should have been there every day to check on your room and see if you need anything. There is a sign right on the highway at the turn in to our parking lot. So, we are very sorry to hear you had trouble finding us! A few minor negatives, gym equipment had issues even after we asked for assistance. Shower had great pressure but not temperature. I have stayed here previously and it is quiet with great parking. I also love the beds and it is very clean. I would stay again no question! The positives outweigh the negatives absolutely!

The property was so loud. Music was going all night. The floor above us sounded like it was coming down. Had to pay $30 to check in an hour early just for maitance to walk right in our room because they didn't know someone was in there. We had to go down and get the blankets for the pull out couch. Things were broken, linens were dirty. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Family Getaway for a local pickleball tourney. Excellent property with a warm, indoor pool. Beds were excellent but rooms bathroom tile is loose and several areas of paint chipping away throughout the room but everything was clean which is most important. Staff was great. Breakfast had a huge selection with options which was very, very nice.

The staff was WONDERFUL so warm and welcoming , and the room was very spacious and beautiful . However there are parts of it that was a little dirty , behind the end tables on the bed there was a lot of dust / dirt and hair ties , however it’s not noticeable unless you were plugging in a charger to the wall and you had to look behind it. This was not a huge thing in my opinion , because the stay itself was just wonderful . The bed was super comfy , the room was at a comfortable temperature and it was so quiet in the facility at night which is just another huge bonus . Overall I would give my stay at 9.8/10! Thank you ALL !!!
