Went the extra mile, and that you can’t say that often these days. The staff at reception early Saturday morning where amazing and definitely a good representation of the face of the business.

Leonardo not royal
Never been to Poland, maybe its normal to have excuses every day to pay extra on top of booked room. I found it a joke. What is not normal, had a tick attached to my back in the bed, only left room once to goto hospital so had to be in room. Unfriendly, many guests shouting at reception.

Rooms are large and well equipped- maybe a little dated but still comfortable. Staff were very friendly and efficient .The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The bar in the hotel was not very inviting and was the only facility we did not like. Located about 30 min walk from the old town but metro / buses nearby and Uber very cheap. Also bars cafes and restaurants in the nice neighborhood where the hotel is located. Made our stay in Warsaw very enjoyable

Limited on the toiletries but new bottles of water and coffee pods every day were nice. There were nice cold drinks all the time in the lobby but apples that looked bad.I would definitely recommend the place to others.

Location was good for dining options. There were a lot of bars and restaurants within the vicinity. The walk from the central train station was about 20 mins. The service for the property was exceptional!

Great City Centre Hotel
This is a really nice hotel, it is close to Glowny station and walking distance to the main central station (for the bus to Modlin airport). At the bottom of the street is the underground stop where you can catch the direct train to Chopin airport). There is a very large choice at breakfast time which begins weekdays at 6:30am. Most of the rooms are on high floors with great views over the city. They had a UK European plug I was able to borrow.

I wouldn't recommend the hotel first of all due to COVID your paying more money for services that aren't currently available. The majority of the staff have a disgusting attitude where I got the impression you're an inconvenience to them. On 3 seperate occasions I requested something until I took it up with the manager. In saying that the rooms are very comfortable and well decorated but the standard of service was probably the worst ive ever encountered in a hotel

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Had a great night’s sleep followed by a decent breakfast. Could not have asked for more though some of the furnishings/decor were a little worn this isn’t something that bothered me.
