Nice stay
General nice hotel, had slightly issue with extra bed but on the end problem resolved . Exelant breakfast one of the best in hotels what we visit so far 😊

Clean and nice place to stay. Good rooms, have everything you need. Staff on front desk very nice and ready to help. They have charging device and cables, if you travel from USA. Will stay again in my next trip.

Hotel good. Restaurant bad
The hotel was great and very clean. The restaurant on the other hand was poor for the price they charged for their food. The Steak Tartar was amazing but the burger I ordered had stale buns and the burger was so dry and not edible. Pierogi we’re really good but not many for the price. Consider eating somewhere else unless you have the Tartar!

The breakfast was terrific, I didn’t like that I wasn’t welcomed with good will to help me know the city And care about my visit . The room was clean but I found insect in the sink. There is bus that take you directly to the metro station and to the center.

Very disappointing. Checked in and TV didn't work. We were told the TV at the bar would be showing Wimbledon. The bartender didn't know how to use the remote. We gave up. They eventually fixed our TV while we were out but there are only about 5 channels. Returned at 9:45 at night on a Saturday and went to the bar. The bartender told us the bar closed at 9:30. The hotel was full of people on a Saturday night and they closed the bar??? The room was clean but the shower is anemic. The eco-friendly water flow barely gets you wet. No point in eco-friendly if you have to run the water 4x longer. The combined bodywash/shampoo is awful and there were no washcothes. Don't let the Plaza name fool you. This hotel is low budget, unfriendly and not accomodating. Many other great options in Warsaw.

Mostly good experience, shower needs work
This hotel is nice, modern, close to airport. There is no akrport shuttle, so bewares of that. The breakfast buffet was nice. The real problem was that the shower got very hot and it was hard to make it cooler. Plus the water pressure was so soft, jt was hard to get clean in the shower.

Close to Airport
This is our 2nd visit. We stayed here again because last time the Hotel provided a Shuttle Bus service to the Airport so thought we would repeat the booking. We found out on arrival that they don’t have a Shuttle Bus on weekends anymore! This was not clear when booking. The internet did not work in our room so we had to move rooms but they helped us to do that with little stress.

Very nice hotel for a price comparable to other hotels in the area. The staff is very pleasant. The property is around 6-10minutes drive from the airport and there is a bus stop on the back corner of the hotel. Be aware the location is about 20 minutes from city center by taxi and the drivers are scammers. The price can vary from 28 pln to 54 pln one way, depending on the driver. Also be aware it is very difficult at times to get a taxi to or from this hotel so be comfortable with public transport or rent a car. We did ask for a wake up call the first day, we did not receive one and were late to meet our friend. Other than the location to city centrum, lack of wake up call, and taxi issue this is a very nice hotel to stay. They do have many conventions so early check in is very unlikely for you.

The property is well maintained. Rooms are a very nice size. Air conditioner works good. Cleanliness of the room is it good. The amenities that come with it are good.
