Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and relaxing cocktail bar. Beds are comfortable with amazing pillows. Nice theatre next door. Have stayed there many times and keep returning.

Nice hotel. Only issue I had was air-conditioning did not work as well as I would have liked. I wasn't in the room much, so was only an issue at night. Nice bar and restaurant.

Bathrrom too small to get ready in the morning.

This is a great hotel. BUT I clicked on the wrong option. I thought I'd ordered two queen beds, but we got a king and a sofa bed. We were traveling with our three teenagers, and the sofa bed was not a comfortable option. The roll-in bed, however, was really great. Instead of one of those things that's folded up and rolled in, this one was an actual twin mattress strapped standing straight up to an L-shaped structure on wheels. When we laid it down, the part with wheels became the headboard. The king size bed my husband and I slept on was probably okay for most people, but I prefer a softer mattress. There was no area to comfortably get ready for the day. The counter in the bathroom was just a few inches wider than the sink, so make-up, hair dryer, brushes, etc. had to be crammed in there. There was a counter in the room itself that would have been a good place to get ready, but there was no mirror there. We wanted to use the WIFI, but it required you to agree to terms and conditions, which would not come up when tapped. The staff assured me they weren't going to use my info or start tracking me or sending me ads.

The card key did not work on the outside door from the parking lot. Staff opened the door. Took elevator to third floor. Key wasn't able to open the room door. Went back down to desk to activate key. Returned and once again it didn't work. Back again to desk where "3rd time a charm??" finally gave us access to room.
