Great name, not what I expected..in a bad way

Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Almost everything with the exception of the amazing staff.
Location: Warwick Castle and lovely village of Warwick.
For the price this was not worth it. The staff bends over backwards for you, but if the hotel is rubbish there is not a lot they can do to improve things.

Hotel entrance and reception area neat and tidy.

Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms need cleaning properly .Improve efficiency of staff
Location: Town centre and railway station easy walking distance ,plenty of places of interest to visit
At check in requested 7am early call and breakfast in room neither happened ! Had to leave early to catch a train so ate in the town instead no apology given on check out .Room dusty needed hovering shower tray and some areas between tiles dirty ,bathroom floor tiles lethal when wet. The toilet didn't flush properly at times .Paid £131 for I night very poor value .Room overlooked car park a pile of cigarette stubs under the window near the fire escape stairs.Stain on the curtains .

Trip to Leamington

Location: Leamington a very pretty town and well worth a visit.
The first night we were given a twin room that seemed to be used as staff accommodation. There were no facilities and the cleanliness was questionable. On request, the hotel moved us on the second night but the room had clearly not been prepared. We had to insist on a room change.

Not the best hotel room

Good location for the hotel, but thats where it stops! Booking was not put through from expedia, we where squashed into a room (Family room not available) Most staff had not come to work, so only two ladies were running around trying to do all the work. The bar was unmanned, only a few beers working. The room was terrible, no water pressure in the shower, small towels. The rooms are not well insulated from noise in the passage. Not the most comfortable hotel bed. Breakfast was ok for a buffet. Would never stay again

Reception staff rude, completely ignored us!

Reception staff ignored us while answering the phone and checking a gentleman in - then tried to give us his room keys. The room smelt of blocked drains. We switched on the ventilator and headed to the restaurant. They took our order, brought over wine and then ignored us for 45 minutes. The restaurant was otherwise empty - so we took the hint and checked out. It felt like an episode of Faulty Towers!

Booked a ground floor told that I would get one ok(I have a mobility problem) on arrival told I was not getting one and the impression that I got was its tough that's the room your getting to bad.meal was good but waited for over a hour and the restaurant only had 3 tables occupied
