We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was comfortable. The staff were very good. Centrally located for Stratford. Only negative was that the breakfast was not up to standard.
Nicely situated modern hotel. Excellent attentive staff and a good restaurant. Rooms are good although starting to show evidence of the need refurbishment. The pool and sauna facilities are particularly welcome. Plenty of car parking but no electric car charging facilities.
Very nice experience. Very comfortable room and bed. Lots of building work taking place right now so some of the communal areas were a little dusty and tired looking. Overall really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely return if in the area again. Would also recommend to friends. Only negatives ...
A hotel full of charm and character. If you have a disability ensure you ask for a room close to reception on the ground floor. Our room was far away and stairs to get to the room. Although I had requested on booking ground floor. Overall the hotel was nice and leisure facilities a bonus.
This B&B is in a perfect quiet location with just 3 rooms. The owner Elide was so welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. We were welcomed on arrival with tea and cake and shown around. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely Bathroom with rain shower. Everywhere was spotless. We were in a ...
Really quick walk into town. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed huge. The bar was really nice as well. And the staff attentive and friendly. Will go back and will recommend to others.
Very comfortable though fairly pricey - we were 4 people altogether with 3 in one room and 1 in the other and the cost was much greater than just 2 doubles which didn't seem to make sense. The z bed provided for my daughter could have done with a thicker mattress however we chose it for being opposite ...
The heavy door in my room is quite noisy when closed. For a beautiful old charming place for a hotel, there should be at least air conditioning and small fridge in every room. I can also hear the noises in the corridor whenever someone is getting into their room, and again the loud bang as they close ...
We had a quick overnight stay while visiting the RSC. A well placed hotel close to the theatre and resaurants. Only problem was parking which was a bit tight.
Business stay, just want clean room with desk, TV and good shower-it had that, helpful friendly staff.
Friendly staff and food was good quality. Room was very comfortable and clean. Dog made to feel welcome although cost of having dog with us was quite high.
We stayed two nights. Staff were excellent, The room was very good. We will stay again early next year and can recommend the hotel to all. The Saturday night cost was £269 which was high and the Sunday night was more reasonable at £119, less than half the price... we seemed to be 'penalised' by the ...
