We had a fantastic stay at the hotel in one of the apartments. Despite the spa being closed for refurbishments our children had lots to do and loved the apartment. The hotel staff were great an even arranged to post us back a tablet device that had been left behind.
A family of four went there to use gym, pool and spa facilities. Enjoyed massage treatment. It would have been better if the breakfast was included for the price we paid. Overall a lovely stay for the family.
The ancient Mansion building is attractive from the outside and sumptuous inside. The hotel has courteous and helpful staff, is well furnished and decorated, with beautiful features everywhere you look. Our bedroom was well equipped and incredibly comfortable, the dining room was dimly and tastefully ...
Good value hotel given the location 5 mins walk to the centre. The spa has a great pool and the food at the restaurant was very good. Staff were very helpful.
We have stayed here several times and always get good service. The room was spotless. We did notice a very slight deterioration this stay, however. Less choice at breakfast and quality of some of our room service food not quite as good as usual. Overall still very good.
Great bed small but efficient bathroom (some spot lights not fitting well to ceiling) drink making facilities were sparse and hidden in a cupboard but didn't affect our stay.
This hotel has beautiful country surroundings and there is a lot to do nearby. The bed was really confortable, staff were super eager to assist, the room needed more cleaning. The meals were excellent both breakfast and dinner.
My daughter and I found the hotel to be accommodating and clean. We made use of the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. However the Sauna wasn’t working after our mornings swim. Breakfast was adequate and a fairly good variety to choose from. However I did find the cooked breakfast items a little cooler ...
Have stayed at this fabulous hotel last year and the experience was once agin, brilliant. I think many hotels can strive to have clean, comfortable bedrooms and also provide perfectly good food but where this particular hotel scores is in the attitude, performance and general all-round superb customer ...
This is a hotel I/we have stayed in many times since the mid 1990’s. The big change is that the old dining room is now the Bistro. This is a wonderful addition where the food is both reasonably priced with an extensive menu and delicious. The hotel was not as tired as in previous visits and it looks ...
The hotel is impressive on the drive up. The rooms are located in a newer building that the reception and it appears a bit basi but its perfectingly comfortable and was suitable for our one night stay as a family. The pool was ok (we were the only ones there most of the time) - its not plush in any ...
